It looked much better in picture. Yes, its cheap, AC worked OK, shower OK(cold), toilet OK. Just that everything is a bit old and worn out, some old mold on the ceiling.

Nice, big room with the terrace and bathroom ( hot shower), Breakfast included with the booking. Staff are very friendly and helpful. We stayed on 3 separate occasions and left our lagguage with no issue. We asked for hot water every day which was delivered to room. Very good place to stay for the price in Labuan Bajo.

Good location, close to the city center, walking can go to a seafood street, rooms are relatively old, bathroom has D smell, poor hygiene cleaning, morning fried rice fried noodles are quite good taste.

We stayed here for one night and everything was fine. The view from the second floor is good. The Wi-Fi and air conditioning work great. However, there aren't any nice beaches, and for longer stays, you might want to consider accommodations with a pool. If you don't need one, you can easily book one. The staff is very friendly.

The room is a little worse than expected, the wall is a little mottled, and there is no wifi signal in the side rooms on the second floor. You can discuss with the owner to live in a room in the middle.

Good hotel near the airport, with breakfast (which they prepare for you to take with you if you have an early tour). Very friendly staff 😊

Looking at the photos, I thought it would be good to have three floors, but the conditions inside the house were very average. Fortunately, there was a balcony to dry clothes, which was also a saving grace.
