Room sizes are quite small, not worth paying 5k

There was a strong stench of mold/fungus infestation. Very old rooms, stained floor and terrible bathroom. I’m saying this after changing their best three rooms. Although staff was kind and understanding specially mr. Sumit but the mold doesn’t vanish in a fortnight. We didn’t go for breakfast as well even though we had already paid for it due to the hygiene concerns. Overall this hotel is a risk to health and some serious mold treatment is needed, if the owners want to do it. Breaking news: adults who live in moldy homes are up to 50 percent more likely to develop asthma.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms were spotless, spacious, and well-decorated, with all the amenities I needed. The staff was friendly, and attentive, and went out of their way to ensure a pleasant experience. The location was convenient, and close to major attractions, making it easy to explore the city. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. The ambiance was relaxing, and the service made me feel welcome. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

I am so delighted to visit the property which gave me a complete homely stay with all ultra modern facilities, I heard about this property from my colllagues and I must accept that their recommendation was absolutely upto mark. The welcome was so great and they check in the property, They helped me with ease and smile on their face. I must thank madam Simmi who was at the counter and offered me the room of my choice with my particular specifications. My sincere thanks to her and her team. In continuation to the above my review will be incomplete without given thanks to Mr.Akash and Mr.Raja. The house keeping was great and the staff deployed namely Manoj,Prasant and Ms.Meetu , they took very good care of mine by providing me the best facilities of house keeping. My compliments to them. This review will be incomplete without providing my dedication and thanks to the kitchen who took very good care and contributed by looking after my preferences. They arranged meals and my breakfast as per my taste and health issues. Sincere dedication and compliments to Mr. Gautam & Samit. My review will be incomplete without thanking Mr.Raja being a specially challenged but leave no stone unturned to take full care of the guest who are visiting the property. This review is just a summary of services which Ireceived during my stay. To conclude I must recommende this property to all. It is a must must visit of all who are planing to visit the city of joy called kolkata. My appriciations to all the staff who are directly or indirectly rendered me the services and making my stay a most comfortable one. The property was hygienic, friendly staff, but some times food was not tasty especially sweet corn soup was horrible in taste.

Stayed here for a night due to official work, nice place at the heart of the city. Rooms are quite decent, clean with tidy toilets. The staff at the reception very courteous and helpful. The food was good and even the restaurant staff very diligently took care of our requirements. Will definitely recommend for a short stay.

The reception staff was forcing to cancel the stay and book directly with out make my trip and they were very very unprofessional
