Quiet location, quaint and peaceful. We travelled in early April when it was still about 5 to 12deg Celsius. some deers came up to within 5 metres of our balcony which was really interesting. On a clear night the stars were amazing. We chose a room with en suite onsen and dinner and breakfast. The en suite onsen was very hot and needed to add some cold water. Room was nice and warm with heated flooring. Dinner was a nice multi-course japanese-western style, which was delicious to say the least.

Room is clean and spacious. Forest view is calming. Onsen water is authentic and superb!! Service is excellent , all staffs are very friendly, welcoming and professional. We chose the dinner plan I think it worths the money we paid for ! The food is delicious and we enjoy the kaiseki dinner very much! Thank you for the hospitality and we really want to return in the future!

Very good location, excellent and great experience with good service

This is the most comfortable hot spring hotel I have ever stayed in. Although the location is more remote, but quite quiet, there is a feeling of being away from the hustle and bustle, I like it, is a good place to relax the mind and body, the room's private hot spring is very beautiful, facing the green mountain view, like taking a natural bath. Dinner and breakfast were commendable, Western and Japanese fusion cuisine, very delicious Also very good is that the toilet and shower are separate, but there is a little disadvantage, the toilet light is automatically sensed, if no one is moving, will think no one is in that place will automatically turn off the light, but if you do not move when using the toilet, the light will also suddenly turn off, a little scared

Kyoritei was a great place to fully relax. It was far from Yufuin, but I was picked up safely by the shuttle service, so I had a good rest.

The time to travel is in winter, February Just encountered a cold wave, the hotel is surrounded by beautiful snow scenery But the hotel facilities are very dilapidated The shower in the bathroom is very weak and you can't take a shower at all. Although there was a private hot spring in the room, the water suddenly stopped at around 9pm. After repairs, the spring water was restored the next morning, but the water in the bathtub had cooled down, so we were unable to enjoy the private hot spring before checking out. Request for refund from hotel was unsuccessful

A quiet and private hot spring bathing place. It was difficult to move by car due to heavy snowfall, but the friendly service and wonderful kaiseki. Breakfast in the morning. I want to come again. This is the place to go for a hot spring trip.

The staff were friendly and the surroundings were beautiful. The hot spring water in the room was incredibly hot, which was nice. It's worth a visit. However, because of the lush nature, there were always an ant or a bee or two in the room. Because of the location, I ended up staying for two full days. There's a shuttle bus that picks me up in front of Yufuin Station, and I made a reservation by phone.

The scenery is very beautiful and the breakfast and dinner are also very rich!

I stayed at the hotel with a plan that included meals. The semi-private room gave me a sense of privacy, and the food was delicious and I was very satisfied, but I would have been more satisfied if they had provided a little more service, such as drinks and food that I couldn't eat. The rooms were spacious and had a free-flowing hot spring, which left my skin feeling smooth and allowed me to relax in nature.

Very cool. The restaurant is great, the food is of a very high standard, and the environment in the mountains is really impeccable and very healing. The flowing private soup in the room is very hot. The only drawback is that the room is a bit old.

The room was very nice and the hot spring was great! The hotel was quite difficult to find and took a lot of time. The room type we live in is on the upper and lower floors, which is not suitable for the elderly because the bathroom and bedroom are on two separate floors. The food was not as good as expected.

I stayed here on my birthday trip. The room was very clean and I was able to relax. I would like to stay here again.
