It is a very beautiful and peaceful resort with lots of trees and other vegetation as well as a very nice and clean beach where it is possible to swim in the sea. The driveway you will give you a very good impression of how nice the resort is. There is a big  swimming pool centrally located and which you can see the moment you step out of the hotel lounge. Breakfast has a fairly wide variety of food choices. And the hotel staff are very friendly and helpful as typical of most Thais. I would have no hesitation to recommend this resort others

The hotel's external environment is very good, not crowded, and the beach is finer and wider than other neighboring hotels. The room has good privacy, and the pool room was upgraded for free. It is clean and tidy. There will be staff to light aromatherapy and mosquito coils. The room is very fragrant, and there are not many mosquitoes at the door. All toiletries are from Panpuri. Several restaurants feel pretty good, and the breakfast variety and taste are OK. The Western food at the beach bar and the Thai food at sala tai are both very fragrant. Although the price is much more expensive than that of restaurants outside, it is only more than 200 per person. The in Villa BBQ reserved tastes good and the quantity is sufficient. The hotel service is the best. You can make reservations for various activities and meals by calling or using the APP, and the response is very quick. The staff will take the initiative to say hello and are very enthusiastic, just like the service of the Maldives Island Resort Hotel. The staff will give mosquito coils and indoor aromatherapy, clean the swimming pool, and send Spring Festival cards.

A great hotel experience. Most of the guests are Europeans and Americans. The room service and breakfast are satisfactory. There are also free water sports activities to experience. The only regret is that we booked three rooms, one of which is an old room type and not as luxurious as the other two. Because they were all full, we couldn't change rooms. I still recommend this hotel. The Maenam Sea is very quiet and suitable for a daze vacation🏖️

The room smells bad. I don't know what kind of bugs are biting me. I feel itchy every day.

Wonderful, simply fantastic hotel! Soulful, beautiful, delicious. Many thanks to Tatyana, who helped us during our short vacation. The rainy weather spoiled our plans a little, but there is something to do in the hotel. We hope that the next time we want to visit Samui, the weather will be favorable to us, but we will not have to choose a hotel, the choice is obvious 🩷

A wonderful hotel with a huge territory. It feels like you are living in a botanical garden. Very quiet. The rooms have an old money feel. The furniture seems to be not new, but of such quality that it looks like an advantage. The hotel staff is a separate point. Everyone is extremely attentive and friendly. Ready to respond to any of your requests. Food: We took a room with breakfast and it also turned out to be gorgeous: a large selection of dishes, fruits, freshly squeezed juices. Section of European and Asian food. Beach: Maenam - love at first sight. Very quiet and deep. On the opposite side there is a view of Phangan. It feels like we are on another island from Samui. There are very few people and no traders. We really liked it I advise you to spend at least 2 nights in this hotel to feel it and fully relax. Just be prepared that you will have to walk across the beach to eat somewhere other than the hotel

The overall hygiene is very good. The breakfast is also very good. However, I think the service of the staff in the hotel lobby is very lacking compared to other real five-star hotels. On the contrary, the cleaning staff or gardeners in the hotel are even better than those staff in the lobby.

The room was clean and very spacious, and the breakfast was delicious. The beach in front of the hotel is very beautiful and I was satisfied with just this beach. It's also a great environment, as you can play golf at the nearby golf course before breakfast, but it's a little far from shopping. However, it's convenient because it's close to the airport. Some rooms have see-through bathroom doors, so it's a good idea to check with the hotel in advance. I would definitely like to go back to this hotel. I've posted a photo of the beach in front of the hotel. Even if your room isn't on the beachfront, it's just a short walk away.

The external and internal environment are very good, the rooms are very large, and the price-performance ratio is super high. The price will not increase just because it is the peak period of Chinese New Year. After all, they are basically all European and American guests. The breakfast is very selective. There are Western and Thai food to choose from for lunch and dinner. The beach restaurant is also great, with good taste and good environment. The spa is located in a villa. It has very Thai refreshments. Overall, I am very satisfied with it. The price/performance ratio is very good and the conditions are good.

The environment is well protected. This is our second stay. Compared with 2019, the facilities are a bit old, especially the room is too humid, the bedding feels wet, and the air conditioner is too loud, even the smallest setting. It would be nice if there is a dehumidifier. The catering level of the three restaurants is still good. The swimming pool is quite big in Koh Samui. The spa is very good.

The service is super nice. I even received roses from the general manager personally on Valentine’s Day today🌹, perfect for a quiet vacation🏖️

There are relatively few domestic reservations for this hotel. There are many Europeans and Americans. The service is really good. I spent a perfect three days here. The hotel can pay for pick-up and drop-off at many attractions on the island. On the last day, my wife’s birthday was celebrated with the staff coming to sing together. I was very moved by the birthday song. We didn’t have breakfast when we left, but they packed breakfast for us in advance.
