White Sand Samui Resort Reviews

There were numerous issues, all concerning and contrary to all booking information provided online at the time of booking. We have stayed 1 night, and since checked out as it was so bad to our health. We are seeking a refund of the remaining 9 days we did not stay at hotel. For reference, we have taken numerous photos at the appalling state of the hotel and rooms. Room - extremely hot, despite AC running full power, I noticed there is gaps in the wall to the outside which I’m guessing is why the rooms remained hot. Doors do not lock securely, meaning unsafe, yellow stains on white bed linen repugnant. No hot water, cold or warm only. Pool - mould and algae growing in pool, making it unusable Bar - was closed, and never saw any service there being available at any time Breakfast - all cooled items were hot, yoghurts, drink, fruit and milk were sitting around without ice or cooling. Extremely bad health risk.

All things are good, near the clean beaches and breakfast was great. The only thing was that Wifi and cell phone network connection in the room is bad, it was very inconvenient for me when working on Zoom calls. I had bad experience with my Zoom session during my stay, I tried to connect with my AIS network during the failure just to find out that I can't connect to my network in my room, the only way is to get out of my room to get a better connection. So this place is good for vacation only...

Location a bit far from happening places and the gym room is not a proper gym room as the equipments mostly out of order. The swimming pool is not in good condition as the floor can easily cut your legs. Beware of it. Rooms are great and lightings are bright enough. Overall my staying are great if you like a quiet place to rest and relax with kids and family. Will come back again. Hope there is some improvement on my next visit.

Really well kept place The restaurant was a little quiet Atmosphere on the quiet side but with the beach at your toes, it’s a beautiful place to relax and unwind

Nice place closed to beach and convenience stores. Staff friendly and welcoming. Room large, swimming pools are nice and clean.

Good hotel with wonderful staff.. was a little far from the centre but a good place if you like a bit of quite and calm location.. it was nice that it had access to the beach as well 😊

Beautiful hotel, room is very big and spacious, hotel backs right onto the beach which is very ideal, lots nearby, lovely staff. Restaurant is okay for an easy meal close by but would say there’s better options close by and cheaper However definitely recommend 👍

Fantastic hotel on the beach, the pool was great and right next to Lamai. I would definitely recommend and it was extremely affordable! Bedrooms were all spacious and had a bath.

Lovely pool access room, great bath and shower. Hotel staff are top quality, friendly and funny. Booked a second night just beautiful Would highly recommended

Super clean and perfectly located.

Beautiful and pleasant resort primarily in wooden and white colours, which creates a nice holiday vibe. You can just walk from the resort to Lamai beach. Staff are super friendly and always welcome us with a cheery smile!
