I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms and facilities were very clean, and the overall atmosphere was beautiful and relaxing. Although the location is quite far from shopping areas and restaurants, the excellent service from the staff more than made up for it. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout my stay. If you're looking for a peaceful retreat with top-notch service, this is a great choice.

Nice ocean view, excellent service from staffs. Only downside is location as there isn't much around the area and will have to travel to shops. Good choice if you want to wind down and just relax at the hotel

Problems from start to finish. This is not a 5-star luxury resort. Booking confirmation stated wrong room type and the hotel took a day to respond saying they would try their best to accommodate. Upon arrival, room was dirty. Behind the bed looked like it had never been cleaned. Food was shockingly overpriced; 2 plates of cold vegetarian food 2,800 baht. Martin and Daw were lovely and tried their best to help with a room upgrade, but ultimately the establishment is lacking oversight on how to be a luxury resort and treat their guests.

Hi, I could not able to said all what was I got from here. It's easy to explain for what they have and actually all the facilities are visible from their photos. Then I would like to suggested this resort to who are looking for what I got from here and the answer is --the peacefully-- Everything about my stay here exceeded my expectations. The impression of the location, the size of the area, the vastness of the resort must be described as grand. Makes feel like I have entered another world surrounded by mountains, large trees, and a beach with a wide ocean view. Big and small islands lined up in front of the rooms viewing. Everything makes you forget the chaos of everyday life. Peace of soul and true sense of nature. This is a place that everyone should come to and leave the chaos for few days.

The view of small island is speculative , We love to go back again .

Very disappointed experience. booked for a memorable stay yet the booking was missed up, the room was broken and the service was delayed. The pier view is good yet the room is too hot and the amenities and service are both way below the expectation.

We came here for honeymoon and had so much fun. Great hospitality and experience, which makes us want to come visit here again. Only bad thing is the location. This place is so far from the airport and nearest town is still far.

We stayed in Intercontinental for 2 nights and chosen the Club room with afternoon tea and sunset package benefit. The breakfast & afternoon tea is nice which you can order any drinks you like for the whole day. The staff is friendly and helpful. There is free scheduled shuttle service to Tesco and Central Mall which is good as the hotel is far from anywhere especially if you don’t have a car, it’s quite troublesome to go out. For dinner we ate at the nearby Island View Restaurant which provided free transport to the hotel. We requested for a room with lesser steps/staircases distance as my elderly parents were travelling with us and they cannot walk to many steps, which they provided the nearest room from lobby. Room #105 & 106 😉
