開始服務真的很一般，一點笑容沒有，我入住的是海濱loft的雙層房 就在海邊 位置特別特別好，強推 真的，我覺得是整個公共海灘位置最好的房間，後面的房間都離得非常近了，右手邊沙灘就都是餐廳。外面門口主街的右手邊餐廳非常不好吃。當然和酒店沒有關係，我衹是説一下
第二天我去要免費的礦泉水，服務員説：好的，結果一直沒給我，我再去要水，就下班了，沒人了，所以提醒一下就是，要什麼都直接去前台。
住了兩天我就換酒店了，這邊前台幫我把行李直接送到了第二個酒店，這個服務我真的贊一個👍🏻

1.提早來了前台不肯提前入住，1130準時退房！
我們退房發現外國人可以提前入住我們房間
2.外部環境很喜歡 餐廳 沙灘躺椅都能免費享受 我居然在這片沙灘上睡着兩次
3.主路都在修 我們就沒租摩託車在附近步行也很開心 炸**一定要吃，巨好吃
4.早餐中規中矩 房間的草包可以帶出門拍照的 很出片
5.晚上掀開被子發現一衹死蜘蛛
6.晚上沒有聽到外面音樂轟隆隆的聲音
7.酒店提供的洗護用品巨好用,頭髮不會乾澀 毛躁

Pros : The room and location is very nice. We stay just 6 ppl in a villa so it was so spacious.
Can walk to the beach for just a few steps and we enjoyed a lot.
Cons : the door was broken but they fixed later still a bit hard to open. The slipper in the room is super thin, can’t wear properly. The breakfast line is mostly pork and the orange juice tastes not good.
Overall is GOOD!

The hotel is very conveniently located, next to the tuk tuk stop. Nearby there are markets, a lively street with cafes and bars, a market.
The room is small, but cosy.
There was no hot water in my room, but the problem was solved with the help of the staff, but the strangeness is that there is a large bathtub in the room, it was filled with water very slowly for about 1 hour and only with hot water, cold water was only in the shower and on the sink for washing, it's inconvenient.
The staff is not very friendly, the waiters on the beach insistently ask for a tip.
In the evening, a magnificent fire show takes place on the territory of the hotel and the beach.

優點點是離主街近，酒店大堂就是主沙灘，晚上有火舞表演，如果衹是想安靜的在酒店躺着建議選島中部的度假村或者，這家酒店幾乎沒什麼服務而且預訂過程發生了非常不愉快的事情，不過沙美島整體的服務態度都偏低，還是那個建議，有條件的請選擇更貴的度假酒店（其實也就多個兩三百一天），入住這家酒店基本沒啥度假感……

不值這個錢，房間佈局怪異，浴缸跟床擺一起，房屋之間捱得太近了，餐廳區域從早到晚動次打次，吵**，不得安寧。自助早餐還不錯。
