Location is good. Staff are friendly and try really hard. Food is really good. Rooms are older but clean and perfectly acceptable. Enjoyed our stay.

Location is good, but the facilities are old and not really well taken care of. As mentioned by other reviews, the price does not match what you get. It’s located on one of the more quiet beaches on the island, and especially at night, it is not easy to reach the more lively areas of the island. If coming back to Koh Samet I would not chose this accommodation again.

Amazing position and price

I don't know why this video can't be uploaded, but the other one does. We traveled with two elderly people and a three-year-old child and chose this place because we wanted a quiet vacation. The 300+ baht rooms were a good value, but we were also tempted by the ocean view of the 700+ baht rooms, so we booked one for each. Upon arrival, we realized the ocean view was the most worthwhile factor; the rest of the accommodations, including the breakfast, were mediocre. The front desk said we could upgrade to two adjacent ocean view rooms for an additional 500 baht. This was a better deal than booking directly through the platform. You can see the pictures; they're all real shots. Honestly, the accommodations are like a typical farm stay in China, but the ocean view is truly authentic, something you don't get at other hotels. If you're looking for a view and quiet, book this place. The location, just around the corner from the beach, is indeed quiet, but being away from the hustle and bustle also means it's inconvenient. We ate at another beach a dozen minutes further up the road, where we had more options and the food was better. The hotel breakfast was terrible, with almost no vegetables. They served it as a set meal, but since there were so many of us, we ordered the entire set meal, with unlimited refills. In the end, we asked them to stir-fry all the vegetables in the restaurant together to make it a complete meal. This is my honest experience, and I hope it helps others.

Open the curtains to the sea. Fall asleep to the "music" of the waves hitting the coast at night. There are bars next to it. The service attitude is also very good. There is a young woman who can speak Chinese. Because it is close to the sea, there are inevitably small ants in the room, but it does not affect the mood of staying. Stayed for two nights with children. The breakfast is also rich. It is very suitable for children. Recommended🥰

This is what I was looking for on this island! We lived in bungalow N6. There is greenery and the sea around, the bungalow is on the cliff itself. A magnificent view from the windows of the sea! A quiet beach with white sand, there are cafes. The rooms are simple, but with soul, all sorts of details in Thai style. I want to live in this bungalow again next year

We returned here a year later because this particular beach is very "sunk into the soul". And what is worth noting: The modernization of the room stock was carried out, the house with a sea view turned out to be excellent in terms of amenities and with stunning sea views! New clean renovation, soft bed. They added a beach bag, a branded hat, and a bar in the refrigerator, like in five-star hotels. Well done! Commendable! The hotel's restaurant has delicious food. We were satisfied on all counts and are already planning a new visit 😉🎣 We returned here a year later because this particular beach is very "sunk into the soul". The hotel is located in an amazingly beautiful place, on the shore among coconut palms. But you need to be prepared for the constant noise of the waves, especially at night. The houses and all the furniture in the bar are very worn out. In the hygienic room everything is clean and tidy. The beach is small, with very old cafes, we felt much more comfortable on the neighboring beach.

We are happy with our stay at the hotel. House number 2, with a view of the sea, palm trees and flowers. The occasional smell from the sewage system spoiled our stay, it felt like it was right under us. But you can eat at the table opposite. Everything else is great. The beach is gorgeous, white sand. There are huge trees around. We used the sun loungers from the neighboring beach. The hotel has a very authentic restaurant.

Very disappointed, the room is very dirty, there are ants and geckos, there are a lot of mosquitoes, it is not worth the price to live in such a room, the boss's service is OK, the scenery nearby is beautiful! It is recommended to go on a day trip to the island, go there and come back on the same day!

The hotel is very suitable for vacation, very quiet and relaxing! There is the sea right outside, and there are not many people on the beach, basically all foreigners! The sea water is clear and there are many fish. The jelly sea is so beautiful. If the weather is good, you can see the sunrise when you wake up and open the door! It is far away from the pier and the main road 711. It takes 10 minutes to drive a motorcycle. Disadvantages: The facilities are relatively old, the air conditioning is not good, it can be said that it is basically the same as nothing! It is cooler outside than inside!

I liked everything, only there was a crowd of ducks living right next to the room)
