A good place to resting ur self and the price is damn cheap and it has good view and affordable food

There are several hostels worth staying in Koh Phangan, but unless you are going during full moon, you should stay at Echo Beach Hostel. They have beach front property with ample seating for everyone to enjoy and a delicious menu that’s affordable. The staff is wonderful and helpful, I definitely recommend staying here!

The front desk staff were very friendly and made a good impression. When I got soaked from the heavy rain, they gave me extra towels and paper to stuff my shoes with. I'm very satisfied.

Very good accommodation, bathroom, everything is super clean. The sea view is worth millions.

I liked the ambiance at the bar, the staff and the position that its really close to the pier and the beach. The shower had a bad angle and one toilet could not close the door. A towel is available free. there are lockers if you have a lock. I would come back!

This hostel was bad. It felt so filthy and it smelled awful. They were blasting music until 1am despite there only being about 3 people in the social area, so unfortunately we couldn’t sleep. We were then woken up at 8am by more obnoxiously loud music. Fair enough during party season if there are lots of people drinking but with 3 people downstairs sat on their own, to have the music so loud just seems ridiculous and selfish! The food was also overpriced and subpar. Wouldn’t recommend staying here at all.

What a trip! Came to this hostel for those beach views during the half moon party and well that wasn't even the tip of the iceberg. The staff are wonderful and the atmosphere ecstatic! Happy to give you local knowledge about where to go what to see and book your taxi or sort out your scooter rental over the road. Was a trip of a lifetime

I was only supposed to visit koh phagnan for 4 adays and ended up staying for 8 as I had such a great time! Eco beach has the best vibes it was super sociable it felt like a little community. The staff sky, Felix and joe were absolute babes they were friendly, helpful and a really great time. The local ex pats enjoyed the bar too and gave great reccos for places to visit on the island. There were pre parties for the big events with organised transport which was great as a solo traveller. Loved it. If your reading this you should defo go!!

Absolutely fabulous. The people here are awesome. The bar staff is super cool. Joanna the manager is really rocking this place. The bartender mo is super sweet and even while he clearly is still learning English it's service with smile. The owners Vinnie and mark are fantastic Minnie is a great in house dj and mark has dreamy blue eyes to get lost in for days. The place is cool. And very fair in price. I would highly recommend this place. I've stayed here a few weeks and will be back.

Cannot recommend enough! Originally booked for 2 nights over full moon, ended up staying over 2 weeks. The main reason for that wasn’t just the perfect atmosphere, delicious food, comfortable surroundings, great amenities, but the STAFF! I cannot thank the team for being so unbelievably amazing. Big shout outs especially go to Mark the manager, Nicky & Sak. Many thanks to all the rest of the team that keep the operation running ever so smoothly. Mark was an absolute pleasure & works very hard to interact with the guests & is a true professional. He’s cheeky charm & charismatic personality was flawless. So thank you Mark for pouring my G&Ts every single day haha! Nicky & Sak. True hosts & ever so lovely. Thank you for looking after me during my stay, you guys were so appreciated xx If you want a home from home with added personality & fun, Echo is the place to be. Hopefully see u guys soon! To escape, impossible to sleep. It's not a hotel but a nightclub. My room was next to the bar with no soundproofing. When I explained that I wanted a refund to change hotels. The manager wanted to change my room. So he is aware of the problem but it doesn't bother him... So I took another hostel in addition to this one...
