Dusita Resort Kohkood

We stayed for 3 days and 2 nights. When we arrived, the sky was overcast but it didn't rain, so we went kayaking. The next morning, it rained heavily and lasted until almost afternoon. We didn't do anything but sleep and then went out for breakfast at the hotel. On the last day, the sky was clear and sunny, the water was crystal clear and glistening with sunlight. We saw small fish swimming along the beach, which was beautiful. We then rode a rented motorbike for 300 baht to Klong Chao Beach, which took only about 5 minutes. The staff were friendly and chatty. I don't usually like to gossip, so my friends who came with me did. The hotel grounds were virtually deserted, a private area off limits to outsiders. Shy people like me took photos as if the beach was ours alone. There were also two dogs, who, upon our first encounter, didn't bark or growl at all, but were quite playful. In the room, we got the last room. The lighting was dim, making it difficult to apply makeup. The room lights were yellow-orange, even the mirror. The amenities were complete, including a large hair dryer, which was very satisfying. The refrigerator didn't smell bad. There were plenty of shelves in the bathroom, but the mirror was full of decorative items, so we had to put our cosmetics and creams on the bed instead. Breakfast was extensive, and you could order until you were full. I saw a review that said the seafood porridge was delicious, so I gave it a try. It was as delicious as its reputation. The shrimp and squid were incredibly fresh and bouncy. I ordered it both days. On the first evening, I also supported the hotel's food. The prices weren't too high, ordering a side dish for 100-300 baht each. There was even a cat watching over it. P.S. All photos were taken from the hotel grounds.
