It has been over 100 days and I am waiting for the refund of my deposit. I have written almost 50 times to the General Manager Mr Vickranth S Gowda and to their Manager-Reservation & Sales, Mr Mathew. But they simply decline to acknowledge or refund us the deposit. While booking they had very clearly laid out that any cancellation received in advance would be refunded. We cancelled due to medical reasons over 70 days in advance and they promised that the refund will be issued in 30 days time. But it is now over 70 days and yet no refund. Please be careful of booking at Yellow Bamboo Resort & Spa at Coorg.

I recently stayed at the yellow bamboo resort at coorg and I must say it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality, and every aspect of my stay was nothing short of excellent.
**Service
The staff at the hotel were incredibly attentive and professional. They were always available to assist with any requests, whether it was recommending local attractions or ensuring my room was stocked with everything I needed. Special thanks to Arman and mamta who went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable.
**Rooms:**
My room was spacious, immaculately clean, and beautifully decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I loved the modern yet cozy vibe. The room had all the amenities I could ask for, including a well-stocked minibar, a luxurious bathroom, and high-speed Wi-Fi. The daily housekeeping service was impeccable.
**Amenities:**
The hotel’s amenities truly set it apart. The rooftop pool offered stunning views of the city, and I enjoyed relaxing by the poolside lounge.

Service was good and Food was amazing. Nice place to spend a day or two with the family. Rooms were well maintained. Ambience was good. Staffs were polite and helpful. Overall had a real nice experience at Yellow Bamboo Resort. Just under 10KM from Gonikoppa makes it easier to commute in case of using public transport.

The yellow bamboo resort This is a cozy property tucked in a nice corner. This is ideal for family get togethers. The resort is lush with greenery, the staff is very responsive our requestes. Additionally the food is delicious. We had a great stay overall
