The nature walk with Bhargavi and Anish was wonderful - engaging, informative, and such a beautiful way to experience the property and its surroundings. We also thoroughly enjoyed the horse riding, kayaking, coffee tour, and so much more. There was never a dull moment, and yet the entire experience felt incredibly relaxing. The restaurant team, headed by Jatin, deserves a special mention. They went above and beyond to make sure we got everything we craved for — always fresh, hot, delicious, and served with such genuine hospitality. The quality and taste of the food were truly top-notch, and every meal was something to look forward to. The spa is an experience in itself — the architecture was stunning, the service was exceptional. It was the perfect place to unwind and relax. The Front Office team made our stay even more memorable. A very special mention to Madhvi Dhyani, who went far beyond what one would expect. From the cutest handwritten letters and cards to beautiful bouquets and thoughtful little touches, she made us feel genuinely cared for. Since this was our first trip after marriage, these personal gestures have become a lifetime memory for us, and we are truly grateful to her. Tasleema also deserves a special mention for being so sweet, warm, and genuine. Her kindness really stood out. The housekeeping and buggy service were excellent. Everything was maintained so well and thoughtfully taken care of. Honestly, we have no negatives to mention. Every department, every experience, and every interaction contributed to making this stay incredibly special. The Leela Coorg has managed to create something truly exceptional — a place where the property is beautiful, but it is the people and their genuine hospitality that make you want to come back. "We had a 4D/3N stay in Coorg wilderness resort and Spa, the view from grand hill view suite was amazing and we could spot many birds like grey horn bill right from our balcony. I wanted to celebrate my husband’s birthday, and Sneha and Jagannath Dash helped me with the celebration, the decor was amazing and just how it was in the photo they had shared to me and the cake was complimentary and tasted good. The trek and the farm experience was amazing too. Overall a good experience."

"The location of the property is very good, just as the name says it is at the edge of a cliff with mesmerizing view of the scenery especially early in the morning and in the evening. The location is just 7 mins away from the main madikeri market and is very close to raja seat. Even ab-bi falls is not too far from the place. The breakfast menu has good south indian delicacies and the service is also good. Rooms are spacious with ample lighting because of the full glass windows and balcony. However, the bed is not so comfortable to sleep and makes creaking sounds. Hot water is available 24 hours in the bathroom. Room service is also good and the staff is quite polite and helpful. Wifi connection is very poor and there are no amenities like indoor or outdoor games or swimming pool in the hotel. Overall i would give it a 7/10 rating mainly for the view, calmness and friendliness of the hotel staff."
