The hotel is in a good location, just above Hankyu Sannomiya Station and opposite JR. The transportation is convenient and there are many restaurants and shops nearby.
The room is big enough and has a good view. The two large side windows overlook the city of Kobe. There is a massage chair in the room👍🏻👍🏻It’s a very comfortable stay
The hotel provides free rest time/eye mask/toiletries/lactic acid drink for each person every day. You can pick it up near the front desk.

Downstairs is the busiest street. Various drugstores + restaurants. Daikoku Drugstore is diagonally opposite the hotel. It's a 10-minute walk from Hankyu. The room is small, but the night view is great. The location is great.

之前來過都不錯，但最近一次床單下都是頭髮，明顯是敷衍清潔，亦搞到有皮膚敏感。
投訴後，經理非常認真處理，半夜換到酒店最大的房間總算好好的睡了。
雖然位置真的很方便，但下次再來神戶，可能要考慮會否再入住了。

The hotel is well connected to the Sannomiya Train Station and street level, cafe joints, eateries and groceries. It’s centralised to many of the tourist spots. Hotel staff’s service was friendly and amenities were thoughtfully provided. The view and food at the sky restaurant were fantastic. My friends and I really enjoyed the stay.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, just above Hankyu Sannomiya Station, which is very convenient for me in Arima; there are many restaurants downstairs, basically all complete; but the room area is really very small, two large suitcases should not fit.
