酒店最滿意的就是地理位置，非常有優勢，酒店整體比較新的，出行很方便，電梯下到二樓就能連接地鐵站，想吃的美食走幾百米都能走到。其他方面都衹能説尚可，客房服務有點拉胯，每天打掃衞生唯一會做的事情就是丟垃圾套新的垃圾袋，其他都不會弄，馬桶臟了看不見，浴室有用過的一次性卸粧殼也看不見，床不會鋪，我衹能理解為人家尊重客人的物品，不敢碰。但是客房服務有一箇中國人，早上如果碰得到她，是可以和她溝通的，服務蠻好的。其他日本人的服務態度ok，但是服務內容就算了，一天兩瓶水，想多一瓶也不會給的，有一天下樓到前台發現忘記拿水給孩子路上喝，跑去跟前台日本客房溝通能不能給我一瓶水，拿着翻譯機跟我一來一去好幾回合，問我是不是住店客人，早上客房服務過了嗎？服務過的話就已經給過兩瓶水了，我就不跟她繼續説下去了。還有在小紅書看到的説每天有眼罩足部護理這些可以免費領取，我們碰到的情況是衹有checkin當天每個人給你一件，之後都沒有的。

來神户與朋友聚會，酒店地處鬧市，交通便利，吃喝的店一個接一個，酒店非常高，神户夜景盡收眼底，連續住了二晚，下次還會再次選擇這個酒店。

就在神户三宮樓上，出行很方便，大堂在17樓，房間雖然不大，但是自帶按摩椅，每天逛累了回酒店真的很舒服，衞生間也是乾濕分離，大堂有簡單的家刷牙膏可以自取。
樓下就是商業一條街，葯粧店咖啡店吃飯的地方超多選擇。
