So so hotel. Good location other is so so. Probably will not be again. Very good location.

Great location, a short walk to central Kobe. Front desk service is great. Parking is only free for cars with low height. Can be slightly noisy since it's next to the railway, but a non-issue in general.

Perfect as an economical business hotel. Meets ots purpose. No complain.

Honestly front desk lady who checked us in was not welcoming, rather rude. Misunderstanding happened shortly due to carpark issues. She came to rectify the issue and I apologise and thank her. Overall. Good service

The location is ideal, just a 15-minute subway ride to the exhibition center, with a direct line making the journey straightforward and hassle-free. The hotel's proximity to the subway is a major plus, offering seamless travel around the city. Notably, there's only one line change required to get to Osaka, making it convenient for day trips or additional business meetings. Surrounding the hotel, you'll find a plethora of restaurants catering to all tastes, ensuring you won't go hungry. Additionally, there's a massage center nearby, perfect for relaxing after a long day of activities. For those traveling by night buses, the station is conveniently close, making late-night travel plans easy to manage. While the hotel amenities were generally good, I did miss the availability of free coffee, which would have been a nice touch. However, this was a minor issue in an otherwise excellent stay. Overall, I highly recommend the Kobe Sannomiya Tokyu Rei Hotel for its prime location, convenience, and the abundance of nearby facilities. It’s an ideal choice for anyone visiting Kobe, whether for business or leisure.

The dining and shopping options around the hotel are quite convenient. The hardware is a standard Japanese hotel, and the decoration is a bit old.

Compared to other hotels in the city center, the price is reasonable. Unfortunately, it does not have its own parking lot and needs to park in the parking lot of a nearby hotel according to the clock. The breakfast was rich and tasted good.

There will be construction downstairs at night, but you will not hear any noise at all. Shopping is also very convenient, and there are many food options. There are many large supermarkets downstairs, and it only takes about 20 to 30 minutes to take the fastest tram to Umeda.
