第二次入住，地點雖然遠，但到了有馬地區後有專車接送，而且價格相宜，一泊兩食，份量足夠又非常美味，地方乾淨寧靜，是個不錯選擇

住有私人風呂房，但房間好細，風呂似浴缸，同訂房時既相不一樣，以為有金湯沒，原來係公眾池，野食好好食，環境清幽好靜，但早十分鐘都唔比check in,晚餐要去第二度食比較唔方便

酒店房间是有內置温泉的，设备不錯也方便。用大温泉及用歺需步行幾分鐘到姊妹店，有点不便和寒冷。食用不错，雖牛肉不多，但其他的都不错。勝在性價比高

對小都里旅館的服務質素、態度感到極度失望。房價收取每晚至少50000日圓，但連最基本的私人浴室和廁所竟然也沒有。試問房價合理嗎？良心過意得去嗎？預訂時平台並無明確說明此等情況，實存誤導消費者的意圖，其心可居。另外，我已於平台全額付款，抵達後卻被要求再次付款。一下子要掏空錢包裏的20萬日元，造成極大的不便。平台亦無清楚寫明，資訊極不對等。收取100%的訂金，請問用意何在？
當我反映問題時，職員態度冷淡，毫無協助。他表示有公共浴室可預訂，但我媽媽已經六十歲，還要下樓梯洗澡再上樓梯回房，職員有否將心比己？職員推卸責任，毫無誠意去解決我們的要求、申訴。更何況職員連簡單英文都聽不明白，如何做接待員呢？
整體體驗與旅館收費完全不符，嚴重影響我在有馬溫泉的行程，不會再入住，也不推薦任何人選擇此住宿。我對酒店在Trip.com隱瞞部分資訊感到強烈的憤怒。敬請大家小心！

窗帘只有一片竹帘，早上会被亮醒！淺睡的人不建議入住！
-只有房間有空調，其餘地方熱死了，沒有空氣流通！
-枕頭很硬，說得很難受。
-房間沒有廁所！
-床單被10ml 水打濕，被罰款5500日圓！
-店員英語很差，司機卻很好！
-泡溫泉要走去旁邊店！
-溫泉漂白水味道特別重！
-泡溫泉要另外收稅！
-晚餐肉是有四小塊，其他都不好吃！
不值得！！！

有馬温泉實在像這家家庭式旅館非常安靜有私人温泉走到對面也有公共的早餐及晚餐都非常豐富！今次的選擇實在非常正確一家大細玩得非常開心

不錯的體驗。酒店有提供免費來回接送服務，但到達當天只可以於1430開始聯絡酒店。晚餐是懷石料理，以魚料理為主，需步行至附近（1-2分鐘路程）的姊妹酒店享用。早餐是套餐，需留在本館進食。房間包含的露天温泉非常好，衛生程度滿意。其他詳情（包括當季餐單）可以在酒店官網預先查看。

定了帶私湯的房間（有私湯的房間都很小），衞生4分是因為對日本比較嚴苛，進門的消毒劑上有點臟。沒有電梯，對住二樓的不太友好。
酒店屬於小而精，吃晚飯是在步行一分鐘的姐妹酒店【御幸荘花結び 】吃的，早餐在本店1樓。
有馬温泉分金湯（硫磺）、銀湯（碳酸），小鳥有馬是銀湯，御幸荘花結び是金湯，可以根據各自需求選擇。
