Nice place near with public transportation

Since it was a three-day weekend and no hotels were available, I had no choice but to book the only smoking room available. Given the three-day weekend, the price was quite high, which is understandable. I thought the hotel would be affiliated with APA Hotel? A Card? I expected the facilities to be better, but I was disappointed. The front desk staff were Chinese and didn't seem to understand what I was saying. When I asked if there was a ventilation fan in the room, they said there was one in the bathroom, but I couldn't find a single button. The only bathroom switch was near the door. The window wouldn't open, so I had no choice but to spray deodorizing spray everywhere. The smoke just wouldn't go away... There were cups, but no tea set. No explanation was given at check-in.

It's so stuffy... The moldy smell from the air conditioner is no joke...

고베역에서 지하도만 걸어나오면 금방이고 근처에 편의점도 종류별로 있습니다. 하버랜드도 가깝고 이래저래 교통편이 훌륭하니 산노미야 말고 고베역 인근에 숙소를 고려하신다면 추천합니다.

今回九階に泊まらせていただきましたが、普通のビジネスホテルよりも広く、快適でした。お値段も安いので不安だったのですが、多少劣化を感じるものの清潔感はあり掃除が行き届いておりました。また、受付の方も親切で、私が泊まった日は雨だったのですが、傘を貸し出してくださり、とてもありがたかったです。
