One of the best experiences in my life. The view from the windows is incredible. Kaiseki dinner was awesome (requires booking in advance, though).
Modern yet real onsen.
The staff is extremely polite and helpful.
The only problem: bad private bath condition. But nothing critical.

Отличный отель, источники супер, кстати есть возможность за 3к енн за 45мин снять приватную комнату с источником, там он будет золотой (желтая водичка). На счет традиционного ужина - надо звонить в отель за 3 дня до прибытия, день в день его приготовить не смогут.

Very cozy, intimate, real. With traditional service, aimed at the coziness and comfort of guests. And the food is very tasty. There is a feeling of home-cooked dishes, we liked it more than in the more pretentious ryokan in Arima. Everything is good in the onsen too. I can safely recommend this ryokan.
