It’s pretty nice, comfortable and making us feel like we’re in home.

Great location, just opposite to the Kobe station. We can walk from the station to the hotel by underground shopping walk. It's especially good during the rain that we don't have to get wet. Also there's a shopping complex and harbour land for those who come with kids. 2 super market and mall at the station. 10-15 minutes walk to Kobe tower or to overlook the Kobe port. 20 minutes or so to go to Taira no Kiyomori statue. The room is a bit old, but big enough for us to open luggages. Bathroom has amenities which we don't need to ask for like other hotel. Overall I think it's worth money. If I have a chance, I will come and stay again.

Room is good size, breakfast is very limited. Restaurant at 17 floor reception service is bad.

Excellent value for the money, along with the staff's kindness. Without a doubt, we will return and tell our friends and family about it.

Crown and 4 stars are only in the name. Air condition didn’t work, hotels’ staff suggested to open window (with the view and sounds of railway station) …

The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance to Kobe beach and station, but this is the only advantage of the hotel. The hotel costs more than 1300/night, but the bedding and pillows are not very good. The pillows are small, thin and hard. I asked the front desk to add a pillow, but was refused. The toothbrush is hard and difficult to brush. I was also told that no toiletries will be changed in two days. Compared with China, it is about 168 yuan for low-end hotels. But here it is more than 1300. You should know that the Kobe Portopia Hotel I stayed in was only 358, which reached the level of a real five-star hotel. This Crown Hotel should be the worst value for money among all the Japanese hotels I have stayed in.

The largest room I have stayed in in Japan. It has complete facilities and room to turn around. The location is very convenient, only two to three hundred meters away from Kobe Station. It only takes a few minutes to get to Kobe Port. The breakfast is mediocre and the supply capacity is limited. There should be more coffee machines. There is also a queue. Most hotels in Japan are small, and it is rare to find one with a sofa (which can be turned into a bed at night). But it was usually 500, and now it's over 1,000, which is quite expensive. Overall satisfied.

You can walk through the underground commercial street to the JR station, where you can eat, drink, shop and play. The hotel's large bath is very comfortable. Breakfast is on the top floor with sea water on one side and green mountains on the other, which makes people happy in the morning!

I left my bath towels and towels outside because I didn't want my room to be cleaned, but there were no new towels hanging on the doorknob, so I went to the front desk to get some. I was told that they wouldn't replenish the towels unless I told the front desk about it. Since I had left the towels out, I thought they would hang them on the doorknob. It depends on the hotel!
