Location of the accommodation is near the beach, you could just grab a towel from the reception and head out to enjoy the sunshine and waters. Room was okay, not too spacious but with a balcony and basic amenities.

We have early check out and the day before asked them to get ready the breakfast at 7.30 ( as breakfast start usually at 7.30) as we need to go to boat at 8.15. But the stuff decide to come and start to work at 7.35. So our breakfast was dani at almost 8.00. But the most understandable for us was their attention only to Thai people, one day we saw they have breakfast at 7.00!!!!!

The room is fresh and clean, with a large balcony and floor-to-ceiling windows, clean and tidy. It is located in a small alley leading to the beach, 100 meters away from Pattaya Beach, 300 meters away from the walking street, and it is also convenient to go to Sunset Beach to the north. Overall, it is ok. It cost 1000 per night to add a bed. The breakfast is a set meal, which is ok and filling.

Because I didn't want to go, there was an extra room, but I didn't stay in it, so I wasted two nights. I couldn't cancel it, but my friend's room was fine. It's average, the price is reasonable in the off-season.
