Nice hotel and amazing staff We really enjoyed our stay at The Wings Boutique, the owner was very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was delicious and the room was clean and confortable. The location is excellent since it is in the middle of the island. I highly recommend it!

We had such a good stay at the hotel before that we came back again this time when we were visiting Koh Lanta for diving. We can't comment on the breakfast as we didn't include this option. - Staff are very nice and friendly. - Really listen to feedback - last time I had suggested water dispensers to save on plastic, when we returned for this trip (only 2 weeks later) there was now one on each floor! This was amazing to see and I'm so glad the hotel is taking steps to be more eco friendly, so thank you! - The room was much bigger than it looks, and has a large desk with a chair. - Strong, reliable WiFi. - Very clean. - On our previous trip, we were able to check in early at no extra cost which we really appreciated :) - Room includes a fridge. - Very close to a 7-eleven and a few restaurants, although we didn't go to that particular stretch of beach it is also close to a beach, located in a more quiet area in the centre of the island making it easy to visit the north and south (but, the location does require you to have a motorbike to get around!). - Good, strong air con. - Value for money is very good. The only negative during our stay was that at one point my boyfriend's shoes were nowhere to be found in the lobby, (as per Thai culture, you must leave them outside before entering the guest house), and it turned out another guest / neighbour had 'borrowed' them. Luckily they had only gone to the shop and so we weren't without the shoes for long, but it still wasn't ideal... Not the fault of the owner, but perhaps a sign requesting people to not do this? Overall though, we had a great stay and would definitely come back if we visit Koh Lanta again!

The room was very clean and tidy, but there was no elevator. It was on the fourth floor, so it might be a bit troublesome if you have luggage. The front desk service was enthusiastic and helped answer various questions. The food at the recommended Basil restaurant next door was delicious. It was very convenient to rent a motorcycle. No deposit was required and the passport was not confiscated. There was a balcony for drying clothes. When leaving, they helped call a taxi to another hotel. The only drawback was that the shower water was hot and cold. In short, I still recommend staying here.

Excellent hotel. We were there for 2 days. Upon arrival there were towels, a kettle, 2 bottles of water, coffee. Water on the floor in a cooler. During our stay they did not clean our room (we did not ask). The only problem was with hot water. Otherwise everything is fine. The beach is nearby.

Manager/receptionist was sometimes rude, rooms were not cleaned upon request.

Advertisement with swimming pool was false. Lunch from 8:30 but at 9:00 they took everything away. Lunch really but really basic: toast, egg, no juice in short!!! There are good restaurants around...and better services...No towels for the beach, no water bottles in the room but a place to refill. We had the impression that everything was counted on to make more money... We always have to take off our shoes before returning to the hotel... No, I won't go back...

The hotel has a good location and no elevator. The room is new and clean, with a small terrace. The boss has a very good attitude and is very hygienic. Customers are not allowed to wear shoes into the store. I stayed there for four days and on the fourth day I felt itchy between my toes. I wonder if I have contracted athlete’s foot?

The hotel is very clean, the beach is 200 meters away, all cafes are nearby. Bike directly at the hotel for 200 baht

The room itself is small, but has everything you need. The hosts are very kind and hospitable. Breakfast is good, tasty and big. They even treated us to traditional sweets that you can’t find in the public domain. Water is freely available on the floors. There is also a great massage parlor, 7/11 and cafe near the hotel. I can confidently recommend this place.

Nightmare experience! Had paid upfroont and booked for 4 nights. On arrival the rude Manager denied our booking....woman there looking suspicious.....they had given our room to someone who paid more. When we insisted he was lying...he became aggressive.....on arrival rude and told us not to enter with our scandals and walk on dirty floor. We had travelled 4 hours to get here, it was 34 ...v.v.hot. He insisted we find another hotel. Peak season...no accommodation could be found. This place is run by corrupt manager, he refused us water even. Found him Discriminating. We are Indians not his religion! Nightmare.....false advert and reviews of this place. No pool Rude manager Stole our money...no refund Avoid.

Perfect place and perfect manager ! Do not believe bad comments from people cause the manager is very kind and help us for our trip he was free and take time for all our question !! We have good conversations and laughing! so he doesnt deserve these bad comments… It was so great to spend our two nights in this hostel. If I may go back in Koh lanta I would book this hostel again. Thanks for the manager ! See you !

Had a lovely 3-day stay! The host was always kind and welcoming, even from the moment we arrived. He took care of everything—scooter rental, taxis, you name it. No lift for heavy luggage, but he made sure it was carried to my room. Loved the spacious closets! Didn’t hear the mosque and found it peaceful. Great value for the price!
