The staff, rooms, breakfast and location is excellent! I have found a new favourite guesthouse in North West. The bath in room was a treat after a long working day. They have thought of everything~ plugs next to bed, plug in front of a mirror, dustbins in room and bathroom and bathroom amenities provided too. Special thank you to Andrew, Evodia and Janet for their friendly and professional service. See you soon!

cleanliness tops, rooms in good conditions but please put some micro-oven in rooms so that the guests who arrives late in the night should be able to warm their foods. thank you,

Hi, The AnnVilla guesthouse is beautiful with proper bathrooms, the beds are comfortable, it's like home away from home however the engagement was not so good, the lady who checked me in looked like she had no patience and had no smile at all except for the workers there, the workers there were very helpful and welcoming, and we had friendly conversations. I had dinner there, we normally can choose to get food outside, but I decided to eat dinner at the guesthouse, I was not happy with the dinner served and I was also not given a choice or menu on what I wanted to eat, it was just steak fillet and some veggies on the plate for R250, it felt like a rip off honestly, I was not happy at all.

I was on a business trip to Orkney but slept at Klerksdorp. I met the lady at the reception and she was so professional. The room was clean and modern.

The front staff should at least be friendlier and welcoming. Afterall it is a very nice and safe place to be at and the cleanliness is commendable. Perhaps consider proving a link between the eating/reception and the upper side of the establishment. It will be a lot easier just to walk across while still in the building to the reception or eating area

The host was very friendly, warm and courteous, ensured that I was comfortable in my stay. The dinner and breakfast were delicious, kudos to the cook. The room I stayed in was clean, bedding clean and bed very comfortable. Definitely coming back the next time I work this side

It's the third time I've stayed over at AnnVilla on business and the facilities and staff are always friendly, helpful and always going the extra mile for their guests. Despite being with a large group, the staff made sure everyone was well looked after and ensured that each of us were well catered for in terms of dietary requirements etc.
