Furnishings and decoration provide a business atmosphere. Service is friendly. Secure parking and stable WiFi. Our room had desk & chair, tea facility & fridge, wardrobe & safe, club-chair & TV, airco & terrace with table & chairs, and a good kingsize bed. We had a separate bathroom with washbasin, toilet, and shower over the bath. All was clean. There is a good buffet breakfast: eggs made to order, cold cuts & cheeses, breads & toast, cereals & fruits, milk & yoghurts, juices & preserves, rolls & croissants, tea & coffee (Italian coffee machine). Protea Hotel Klerksdorp is a comfortable hotel and we had a good stay. Recommended."

"Love stay however the sprinkler system timer and position needs to be adjusted, almost had a shower when leaving early in the morning. Wifi password should be supplied on arrival, don't cater for non meat eaters and gluten free guests. This should be checked prior to the arrival. Also TV wasn't set up for me. Overall lovely stay and great service. Should the above be sorted out it would have been perfect."
