My wife and I stayed 2 nights, arriving at 3PM with a rental car and parking in front. A receptionist copied my passport, checked our prepaid voucher and handed our key card. We took the elevator to the 2nd floor. Room #228 was tiled and a bit tight with the oddest bathroom layout; an overall curtain enclosure, then a single glass door alternating between the toilet and the tiled shower. In the bedroom, a comfortable king was across a long desk with a chair, hot pot, 1 chargeable outlet and large satellite TV(Al Jazeera, CNN, SABC, Sky, 2 movies, 6 sports and 19 more channels). Nice hot water, good open WIFI and a quiet room with windows opening to the large ****** parking lot. The 6AM serviced breakfast buffet in the lobby dining room was excellent; OJ, fruits, yogurt, muesli, breads, cheese, egg station, many hot meats, beans, mushrooms, muffins and regular coffee. This 70 room hotel is adjacent to the Rio ****** and its large Convention Center hall.
