This was my first time staying here.

Contrary to some reviews, the air conditioning wasn't ineffective; in fact, it was quite cool.

The room was spacious and clean.

However, the Wi-Fi was weak.

The step to the toilet was too high, so my elderly mother was afraid to step under it.

Also, the walls were thin, so I was woken up by a loud bang in the morning.

The parking fee was also reasonable, and it was more than enough for a night's sleep.

I'd like to stay here again.

I think it is the most cost-effective hotel in Kansai.
1. The breakfast is good, but the closing time is a little early, at 9:30, so you can go early.
2. There is a shuttle bus. Turn about 30 meters from the 7B exit of the subway Mori-no-Miya, and you can see the hotel's free pick-up station. The station sign is very small, so be careful. 7A has an elevator, which is very friendly to large luggage.
Eating breakfast on the 12th floor overlooks the entire cherry blossom forest and the Osaka Castle Tower not far away. The hotel can enjoy cherry blossoms across the road, which is an extra plus.
The driver uncle and the handsome brother in the restaurant are very nice.
In short, the service and money are good. It seems that the hotel is not in a prosperous place, but isn't it nice to have a very punctual bus every 15 minutes.

I had a pleasant stay at KKR Hotel Kumamoto. The room was quite spacious and very clean. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of Kumamoto Castle. From the hotel restaurant, you can enjoy a distant view of the back of the castle, which was still quite nice during breakfast. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay and would recommend it to others.
