"Before we arrived at the hotel we tried to call the hotel to confirm if they received my email about the late check in because our flight was at night and we were arriving at morning because we still need to travel from Bangkok to Pattaya. I called 3 times and what I got was phone dropped. The staff is a bit rude and always saying call at 9 am. When we arrived at the hotel a staff was sleeping at the couch and another one sleeping at the counter. When I said check in he doesn’t even check or ask about the booking and still telling me to come back at 9 am. I said I paid already and have my booking stay for 3 nights. He didn’t even bothered to check my booking before saying anything. We came as family, I know it’s different booking of room as it’s shown in the booking however they separated us in different hotel and did not even think that we are family that they might can make better arrangements but offered nothing. To cut that story on The other hand the hotel itself has simple rooms a bit old but it’s comfortable. The pool can accommodate a lot more and the location is nice. Just walking distance to many restaurants and other attractions. Jomtien beach and Walking streets is just 3 minutes away. The view from our room is nice and nice atmosphere. Very live location. I can recommend this hotel for its price and amenities and location, and I just hope they will improve the service quality for better experience."

"Went to Thailand for Songkran with friends. After Bangkok, we headed to Pattaya. This hotel we booked is in a great location, only a 10-15 minute walk from Pattaya Beach and Walking Street. Transportation and dining options are convenient around here. The best part is the front desk lady was very kind and spoke excellent Chinese, so communication was completely seamless. When checking out, I added the owner on WeChat and found out he's from Yunnan! The room was clean and tidy, and you can smoke on the balcony. I'll definitely stay here again next time!"

"The hotel is located just one street away from Pattaya Beach, and the area downstairs is bustling. Songthaews (local shared taxis) are readily available right outside. The housekeeper was very thoughtful, creating a WeChat group beforehand to inform us of various important details. Check-in and check-out were also super convenient and fully self-service. The rooftop pool is very picturesque and great for photos."

"I stayed here for two nights, both in a Deluxe King Room with Pool View. The room was 49 square meters, and rooms ending in '8' have one 1.81-meter king bed plus a sofa bed, which was incredibly comfortable and spacious enough for two adults and two small children. The hotel is right by the beach, next door to OZO Hotel. There's a free shuttle service to OZO (as they're part of the same group, but Amari is more upscale than OZO). Pros: 1. Super convenient location, just a crosswalk away from the beach. 2. The hotel has an adult pool, a kids' pool, and a water slide – I went on it 20 times, it was so much fun! 3. There's a Kids' Club with daily activities. 4. Excellent accessibility; there's a free, on-demand shuttle bus to the adjacent OZO hotel (same group). From OZO, it's just a one-minute walk across the street to Terminal 21, which is incredibly convenient. 7-11 and Chinatown are also just a five-minute walk away. 5. The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of options. 6. The room was very spacious. The king bed could easily sleep one adult and two small children, and there was also a sofa bed that could accommodate another adult. 7. Plenty of complimentary bottled water. We were two adults and two children, and asking for extra bottles from the staff was no problem at all. 8. Great value for money. Even during Chinese New Year, it was only 1000 baht per night including tax. 9. No extra charges for exceeding the stated occupancy. My son is over 12 and my daughter is over 8, which, according to hotel policy, should incur adult and child breakfast fees, but when I checked out, I wasn't charged anything extra. Cons: 1. The breakfast restaurant was a bit crowded. 2. The balcony door and room door have very strong self-closing mechanisms. I was closing the balcony door with my phone in hand, and it got caught, shattering my screen protector. Luckily, the phone screen itself was fine. 3. A slight impact on sleep quality: the air conditioning in the room was a bit noisy, and the curtains weren't fully blackout. Also, the bathroom door is glass, so light would stream into the room early in the morning."

"Had a great stay here! The location is fantastic, just about 400m walk to Pattaya Beach and Central Festival, and most popular attractions are within walking distance. The overall facilities are comprehensive and very practical. The room even has a washing machine, which is incredibly convenient whether you're staying for a short or long period – you can wash clothes anytime, saving a lot of hassle. The kitchenette comes with an induction hob, fridge, and basic cutlery, so you can easily whip up a simple meal in the morning. The public pool is excellent, clean, and spacious enough for a relaxing swim both during the day and in the evening. The courtyard area is tidy, and the security is top-notch, making it feel very safe and secure. Whether it's for convenience or leisure facilities, everything meets daily needs, making it perfect for a holiday stay. It offers great value for money, and I'll definitely choose this place again next time."

"The hygiene was good. It was a bit inconvenient to ask for a toothbrush at the front desk, and razors weren't provided. The slippers were regular sandals, not disposable, which is eco-friendly. There were mosquitoes at this time of year, but I didn't see any mosquito repellent. The breakfast was quite rich, a mix of Chinese and Western, and tasted good. It's a non-smoking hotel, and you absolutely cannot eat durian in the room. My colleague was fined 1000 Thai Baht just for eating a bite of durian. There are two pools downstairs, where a lot of foreigners often sunbathe, but unfortunately, my business trip schedule was too packed to enjoy them."

"The cleaning staff did a great job, very thorough. The facilities are a bit dated, and I suspect the gym in the common area doesn't get much regular maintenance. The pool is a definite plus though. Given the price, I'd give another shout-out to the service staff, they really keep the rooms spotless."

"I was very satisfied with my entire stay! 👍 I particularly loved the check-in process – no tedious queues, showing ID, or signing countless forms. After you successfully place your order, a dedicated butler adds you on WeChat, creates a group chat after you send a message, and you just pick up your key card upon arrival. It's worth noting that many Chinese travelers worry about safety nowadays, and when I took a taxi into the hotel, security personnel checked my booking before letting me through, which made me feel very secure. Even the elevator requires you to swipe your card once to press a floor. The occupancy rate is quite high, and there's a rubbish room on each floor, so trash doesn't sit in your room and create unpleasant odors due to the weather. The butler service was excellent too; they could book and arrange most popular activities in Pattaya with just one click, saving me the hassle of figuring things out myself. The location is superb, just a few minutes' walk from the beach – fantastic! The hotel's interior is spacious and the environment is lovely. For this price, it's arguably the best value for money you can get. For other details, check the photos. There's an infinity pool on the 31st floor and a gym on the 30th. That infinity pool is incredibly photogenic! If you're not swimming, there are sun loungers nearby where you can relax and enjoy the stunning night view 🌃."

"I usually stay here when in Pattaya. It's in a quiet alley, rooms are comfy and the lady in reception is excellent. It's very close to Soi Buakhao bar street and there's a gym across the road. I always come again."

"The room was very clean, and the customer service was responsive and had a great attitude. It's definitely worth another visit. The entire floor and complex are smoke-free, and all residents, whether renters or owners, must abide by the no-smoking policy. This really shows how high Thailand's standards are for environmental protection."
