"Very good hotel. Around 6-10 minute walk from the Haram. It’s also got the highest sky masallah viewpoint which has amazing views Mashallah. Breakfast was also very good, and would definitely recommend. The only slight issue was weak WIFI (we were on the 28th floor). But this got addressed after day 2 (we were there for a total of 5 nights)."

"Wow, what an amazing experience! Highly recommended. The hotel was spotless throughout our stay, and the room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well maintained. One of the biggest advantages is its excellent location—just a short walk from Masjid al-Haram, making it very convenient for Umrah. We were initially upgraded to a better room upon arrival, which was a great start to our stay. Later, we experienced an issue with the air conditioning during the hot weather. Mr. Hashim handled the situation exceptionally well by upgrading us to an even larger and more spacious room. He also kindly extended our checkout time until 5:00 pm, which made our departure much more comfortable and stress-free. The hotel also generously offered us the choice of either dinner or breakfast. We chose breakfast, and it was excellent, with a great variety and very good quality. At checkout, Mr. Hassan was incredibly helpful and professional, ensuring everything went smoothly. A heartfelt thank you to Mr. Hashim, Mr. Hassan, and the entire hotel team for their outstanding hospitality and exceptional customer service. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Makkah."

"Arrived after 5pm, but still have to wait for the room to be ready. But the room was super nice and comfortable. The lift works fine. During peak time, slightly delay but it is still manageable. The staff also nice. Bonus point was the hotel pass thru the mall and directly step on the Masjidilharam area. Really convenient. If I come again in future, I'll definitely choose this hotel. InshaAllah. The breakfast in overall, quite nice with multiple selection.. Hotel lobby facing the First Ring Road. If you are coming or leaving the hotel via ehailing, pls select drop-off or pick-up point ”First Ring Road” and inform driver the hotel name."

"We had a very comfortable and pleasant stay at the Hilton Suites Makkah (Jabal Omar). Its biggest advantage is its close proximity to Masjid al-Haram. You can reach it in just a few minutes on foot, which is especially convenient for Umrah pilgrims. The rooms are spacious, clean, and modernly furnished. The beds are very comfortable, and the air conditioning system works perfectly. There's quality cleaning service every day. The view from the window is also very beautiful. Breakfast is very rich and delicious, with a variety of national and international dishes available. The staff are very polite, prompt, and ready to help. The check-in and check-out process was quick and smooth. This hotel is very suitable for both family trips and guests coming for pilgrimage. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit. "Receptionists are very different attitudes and professionalism wise. Very nice helpful gentleman at the start, to a very nervous angry lady on check out. Same apply to food quality; 10/10 breakfast vs 5/10 dinners! You expect more consistency in such a 5 star hotel? Location in not far from AlHarm, but if you suffer chronic illness, mind the fact that the hotel is on a hill? Also some very disturbing road work in the area.Some towels are very old, heavily used overtime, some sockets are not working. So, to me it is an average hotel, probably will struggle to compete with similar range hotels as Hilton,Le Merodiane"

"In general Excellent hotel specilly the location and service, the only 3 things I didn't like was the car access during the weekend was so difficult and packed with traffic, secondly the room furniture is outdated needs refurbishment. Thirdly, price should be reviewed as this is not a brand new hotel."
