"This is the worst accommodation I have ever stayed at! Upon arrival their computer system was down and I had to stand and wait for 20 minutes in a corridor. No air conditioning in the rooms, brand-new TV on the wall that did not work, a window that couldn’t be opened as it opened onto a veranda, only two plug sockets on the wall with the need for four sockets so had to unplug the fridge and TV (which didn’t work anyway). Communal shared bathrooms, I thought were a thing of the past. At 11 pm when the downstairs bar was being closed, the staff were highly inconsiderate banging and lifting chairs and stools up off the floor. If I could’ve booked accommodation elsewhere, I would’ve walked out ! The staff had zero care factor"

"We stayed in the Granary cabin which was very luxurious and had everything we needed. The outdoor hot tub was an added bonus to watch the stunning sunset. The suggestions of breakfast, 2kg meat pack, farm tour and birthday sunset picnic were all fabulous experiences. Kylea and Ace went above and beyond to help us enjoy their beautiful property. Their prompt replies to our booking enquiry, contactless check-in and timings for our tour and picnic were seamless. We look forward to visiting again."

"Just come back after staying and what a chilled out little gem ... stunning views, plenty of wood for the fire, plenty of breakfast choices and fresh coffee. Hot water and a giant bath that we didn't try out and plenty of space to spend time together or reading/listening to a podcast on our own. Owners are lovely people and lots of good changes to come"

"Absolutely disgusting. I had booked a queen motel unit for myself and young child, upon arrival I was given a ‘cabin’. When finding the correct cabin, I went in and promptly walked out. Disgusting and nothing like photos on ***********. The unit attached obviously had a chain smoker that had a chair in the carport with an over flowing ashtray. I went immediately back to reception, was told that due to *********** it didn’t matter of what I had booked I was given whatever. I don’t mind cheaper accommodation, however I would like to at least feel safe. I would not recommend at all with this experience, I have contacted *********** as I have used this service for many years and this is my first complaint. Still a complaint issue that the service is not responding to. DO NOT STAY HERE THE CABINS ARE DISGUSTING AND NOT WORTH ANYTHING OF THE PRICE."
