Stayed in the new section of the motel- very nice and all amenities were fantastic. Very friendly staff . If you are exploring the area this would be a great spot to stay .

If I could rate this motel in the minutes trust me i definitely would! Not due to the amenities but solely due to the caretaker/owner. Constantly harassing the guests, very very rude & confrontational. I’d highly suggest not booking a room here if you are seeking long stays for business or leisure.. Bedroom has very strong dog urine odours also. Rooms are cleaned once a week if lucky.

I used to stay here as-it was always in the past for my work travel. It offered clean rooms The host Julie was always a pleasure ti deal with. And Bonnie is awesome. Now the new rooms are fantastic As good or better than some of the 5 star places I have stayed at , and at a reasonable price. Be continuing to stay here in the future .

I want to thank the team at Kingaroy Country Motel for the wonderful service provided during my stay. The room is clean, quiet and has provided a great environment for me to get some work done while away from home visiting this region for a conference. I will stay here again. I particularly appreciated the call on the way to the area based on rain and it's potential to disrupt my travels. Once again thank you for your friendly engagement and consideration

Absolutely love my stay the friendly staff made me and my child feel so welcomed I would stay there again for sure. The rooms were clean and there is a bbq and pool are recommended to family and friends

When i got there the lady at reception was pretty rude and then the next day the cleaning lady was rude as i was sitting outside talking with my friend that i went up there to see when the cleaning lady had a go at me to keep the noise down as the person in the room next to me was a police officer who was asleep cause he was on night shift the my kids came over with there toddler and i had taken my electric frypan to cook with and i had to go to the shop quickly and the lady from the office came and knocked on the door and said there was a noise complaint and to keep the noise down then because she could smell the food she cracked it and asked where i was and said where not aloud to have that in there and cook on it we have to use the bbq out side and then said that my kids that were there to visit were ment to be there and was very very rude to my kids who were upset about it but never came and pulled me a side to speake with me then the next day i went to ask about using the laundry and she said she will be over to open it after 5 told me to use a certin washing machine and dryer which the dryer had clothes and stuff in and she told me to just empty it into a basket and make sure i lock the door when ive finished doin my washing so i did and cleaned the lint thing in the dryer out and when i come back as the washing machine was finishing some other person put there clothes in the deyer so i just went and hung my clothes in the room to dry but all around i will never go back
