We had stayed at this motel a few times in the past when a nice old couple were running it back then we had no complaints. Decided to book here for the 2022 Kings Royal. Well I can positively say we will never be staying here again. Tired old mattresses that desperately need replacing, with collapsed, hard pillows. Room not cleaned properly. Carpet needs replacing. Draws are all beat down. Bathroom needs a reno. Doors to many of the rooms need to be repaired or replaced as they bind up in their frames and tend to be slammed shut by the other guests and housekeepers. Mismatched and incomplete set of cutlery and crockery including dinner plates from 1974! The management were making lots of noise in the residence ALL WEEKEND not to mention the road noise. Also I’m pretty sure their plumbing is non compliant as the hot water gets hotter than 55 degrees that it is supposed to come out of the tap at. And to top it all off I came back to my room after the final night of the Kings Royal to find some inconsiderate guest had parked their van across the parking for two rooms which meant I could not use my parking! Payed $117 a night for a dirty noisy uncomfortable for a queen + single room

Comfortable and clean. Pleasant stay
Had an enjoyable stay. Stayed in one of the self contained cabins behind the motel which was spacious, comfortable and clean.
