Pros:
Beautiful hotel built with it's locality at heart. The Swahili architecture in the rooms especially is top notch. Big, clean rooms with views and balcony. Great staff, Amisi at reception and George at the restaurant were exceptional. Kilifi itself is beautiful so would visit again.
P/s - if you can, please visit the spa!
Cons:
Food was average (buffet dinner and breakfast). These have great room for improvement.

The rooms are beautiful and spacious. The beds were Cosy although they were squeaky and one side of the bed felt like it would break. Room 111. The service was lovely and friendly. However it did not feel good to have ladies come to help with my language when checking out. The billing was very considerate in allowing my guests to come and spend the day with me. The hotel was very thoughtful in not overcharging me but considering my booking and balancing it out with the cost of my guests. Very much appreciated and valued. That alone will make me want to come back as opposed to going somewhere else. It is value for money.

The bed and the pillows were the best! I enjoyed every of the bead of the sleep. The warm reception from front office let by Salome and the team. The house keeping team for timely cleaning and off course the delicious meal from the production team. Everything was just exemplary!!

An excellent stay with friends at Silver Palms hotel for 5 days. The rooms were clean, staff super helpful and food was amazing each night!! We had a very relaxing holiday. Can not fault in anyway and id retrun with my family again. My friends are vegetarians and we enjoyed the variety of dushes each night - well done chef!

This was my second visit to the resort, and it was just as memorable as the first. The rooms are spacious, clean, and beautifully designed — I especially loved having direct access to the pool right from my balcony. It's such a relaxing touch that makes the whole experience feel extra special. The staff continues to impress with their warm hospitality and attentiveness, always greeting with a smile and going the extra mile to make me feel at home. The buffet menu offered a great variety of delicious dishes, catering to different tastes and always fresh. Overall, a truly enjoyable stay. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

The rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. The pool was clean and well maintained. The food was well planned with so much variety and the chefs were very accomodating to our foods needs. The animation person incharge Mr. Steven was very friendly and we had lots of fun playing water pollo and aqua Zumba in the pool.

Great resort; great staff - always have an amazing time at Silver Palms. There are wonderful amenities- gym and spa treatments. The pool is amazing. The food was delicious and there was a wide variety. Went there for a work retreat and it was our second time there. One of our favorite places.

My sons and I really enjoyed this space as we could literally walk into the pool from the lounge's patio of our suite. It's a beautiful space for families with young kids as the space is safe for children to play, with access to the beach and pool that is shallow enough and winds around the property. Everything from the spa, to the buffet meals and a la carte menu beneath the palm trees was so luxurious and like a breath of fresh air for tired parents, we love our time here!
