I stayed in a standard room that felt cozy and clean. The lighting was quite dim, especially at night, but during the day, the large window helped brighten up the space with natural light. The bed was comfortable, and the desk area was useful for getting a bit of work done. Breakfast was a highlight — there was a great variety of breads, pastries, and fresh fruits, along with some hot dishes.

Hotel is old but good,very clean and many people for  help. There are better and much cheaper hotels nearby.

Good location and service but limited with old structures and amenities such as hair dryer which is very old and not effective

dirty. I told them not to disturb but in the morning the maid calls on the phone. The elevator doors open whenever they want.

As a first timer i found this a near perfect fit for my needs. Staff were very attentive and accommodating to my needs and also spoke English ( a rarity in Thailand) The room fitted the description on the site and lived up to my expectations. Would highly recommend for anyone going to Khon Kaen

A special hotel with lots of smiles, excellent service and attitude. The hotel itself is large, spacious rooms, excellent food and an excellent swimming pool. Located in the city center. Highly recommended.

I would like to share my experience when I visit Khonkhean Province that I choose to stay at Pull Man Hotel which located in the city center, nearly central Khonkhean only 800m.

Old but Gold, probably the best hotel in Khon Kaen, no balcony, but one small window can be opened, roomsize ok, bathroom was great with bathtub and hot water, has a very nice swimming pool on the southside, so not too cold

This is a fantastic hotel. They upgraded me allowed early check in parked the car and the breakfast was very varied and one of the best I've had. Bed was comfortable Definitely worth booking great value for money

I stayed at Pullman Khon Kaen for 1 night. Check-in was smooth. The Staff was friendly and helpful. The location was good. The down side was that the room had a musty smell to it from an old carpet that covered the whole room. The room was dusty. The furniture was old and also covered in dust. Shower head was dirty and the flow of the water was weak at best.

The Pullman lived up to my expectations as I have stayed with this company prior, in different countries. Pricing was good, amenities very good, clean, and pleasant staff. The buffet for breakfast was 10/10. Thanks to team Pullman, I needed some sleep and rest, and I received it. Recommend
