Hilton Garden Inn Key West/The Keys Collection ★★★
"The room and infrastructure are very good, and the service provided by Xiao Liu at the front desk is also very good👍👍"
Hyatt Centric Key West Resort and Spa ★★★★
"The room was OK, but it smelled a bit like disinfectant when I first entered. Everything else was good, but I slept from 9 to 12 at night, and suddenly the alarm clock under the TV cabinet in the hotel room rang and woke me up. When you check in to the hotel, before going to bed, you can check the alarm clock in the room to see if it is set as an alarm."
Silver Palms Inn ★★★
"The hotel room is very good. The facilities are not very good. The breakfast is very bad."
Lighthouse Hotel - Key West Historic Inns ★★★★
"The room is too old. The air conditioner is noisy. The hot water pressure is not enough for showering. The breakfast is very poor."
The Gardens Hotel ★★★★
"Very satisfactory one-night stay, central location, cozy, comfortable, hygienic, recommended"
Southernmost Beach Resort ★★★★
"The grounds and rooms were not very clean, staff was marginally friendly at best, guest room and conference rooms were freezing during a cold snap, ice machines not working, housekeeping arrived very late in the day, nowhere to be found earlier if needed. Overpriced."
Opal Key Resort & Marina ★★★★
Hyatt Vacation Club at Windward Pointe ★★★
"Very good hostess welcome. The size of the accommodation was super. There were all the comforts. Laundry, washing lingerie, dry lingerie. There was even a telescope. The swimming pool was super good. Excellent weekend."
Duval House ★★★
"Great place to stay for escape room lovers… Check-in closes at 9pm, and staff clock out. There isn’t a 24hours reception desk, so if you’re driving down be sure to leave plenty of time and get in contact so that you receive your late check-in instructions, unlike us. We arrived at 10pm, to a locked gate, with no idea what the code to get in was, and as we do not have US phones, were unable to call the staff. A guest kindly let us into the resort, and there is a phone on top of a mail box with an out of hours number. After calling, staff were able to talk us through how to get our keys, but the series of steps definitely made it feel like an escape room. Room: Small and compact room. This hotel is laid out like a series of small cabin style huts. To be fair it had all the essentials, and was clean. The sink was in the room separate from the toilet and shower which was a bit strange. All amenities provided. Unfortunately, the AC unit is very loud, but there is also a fan, which is quieter, and tolerable to have on when sleeping. It is hard to sleep with the AC on. Staff were very pleasant and accommodating. Free drinks on check in and check out, no nasty surprises with the resort fee, which is $21.50. Breakfast options were limited, consisting of fruit (melon and pineapple), mini-pastries, granola yoghurt pots and waffles. Instant coffee in flasks. Waffles were made fresh by the staff. Plenty of cats were roaming around the resort. Extras: Only a small car park was available, with about 6 spaces. It costs $30 to park here overnight, but there is street parking available outside for $6/hr between 8am-10pm. You can hire bikes to explore Key West for $15 per day. Location: Very lively location, best location, right in the heart of all the shops, bars and cafes, walking distance to all the attractions."

DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Grand Key - Key West
"They lied to me about Early check in"
Ibis Bay Resort
"I liked the hotel; the grounds are fantastic, with a pool, not very crowded, turtles and parrots, and sun loungers and hammocks all over the place. I was very pleased with the free parking. Wi-Fi was good throughout the hotel. Breakfasts are simple, without hot dishes or cereals. The room is modest and quite small, and the shower water is cool."
The Perry Hotel & Marina Key West
"Great time! Loved it"
The Cabana Inn Key West - Adult Exclusive
"Inn had the feel of old Key West and location was great. Our room was small and the only furniture was a queen bed, two kitchen chairs and a nightstand. No room to put clothes other than leave them in the suitcase on the floor. The bathroom was even smaller. TV and internet service was spotty. The slat on one of the blinds had a piece missing. We were charged an extra $180 for booking through Trip.com. Definitely not worth the price."
Southwinds Motel
"The service and management were good, the hotel location was excellent, and parking was convenient. Breakfast was simple but acceptable. The window air conditioner was old and noisy. Also, I checked out over ten hours ago and haven't received the SMS for the $150 deposit refund. I hope there aren't any problems! I hope Ctrip can help coordinate this. Thank you! One thing I'm especially grateful for is that I arrived two or three hours early and they checked me in, allowing me to avoid the midday heat. The front desk staff gave me a very detailed introduction to the check-in process and the surrounding area, which was very helpful!"
Southernmost House - Adult Exclusive
Parrot Key Hotel & Villas
"good !!!!"
Havana Cabana at Key West
"Room was super clean, the patio was a great fun feature that you could walked right out towards the pool with out having to go through the lobby. The tiki bar at the pool was amazing- great food and drinks. And let’s talk about this amazing pool this place had the feel of a high end resort but small enough to feel personable."
Nyah - Adult Exclusive
"I loved the hotel location is perfect. I had a issue with my room , the bathroom lights did not work got to the front desk , luckily there was a young man who was very very nice to me and went and got another worker name Anthony and right away they put me in another room. Praise Anthony and the new young man that spoke Spanish also at the front desk . 🙏🙏🙏🙏"

"It's convenient for family trips. If you have a car, the surrounding attractions are not far away, and you can rent a bicycle, which is very convenient."
Fairfield Inn & Suites Key West at the Keys Collection
"The room was oversold and the guests were transferred to other hotels. I didn’t care. I was speechless."
Fairfield Inn & Suites Key West
"The hotel is old and the facilities are outdated. It is a bit far from the main Key West, but there is a shuttle, so it is okay. The facilities are not good for the price."

"We were in Key West for our high school regional baseball tournament! This hotel was in a great location with an ocean view! Breakfast and room for the team to be able to eat together!"
Hilton Key West Resort & Marina
"The room is very big, and it is suitable for a family of four. The scenery is beautiful and there are many recreational facilities, which is suitable for vacation. The whole resort is very quiet, and there are shuttle buses to the city, which is quite convenient."
The Pier House Resort
"Fantastic stay. Levi at front desk was so accommodating. Showed me two available rooms and let me choose. Actually walked with me to the rooms. We weekend in the Keys every couple months, and it’s been a long time since we’ve encountered such friendly service. Kudos to Levi. It was our first time staying at the Pier House. We will definitely be back. Thank You Pier House. We had a great time."
Blue Flamingo Resort Key West
"The hotel has two swimming pools, and the breakfast and other dining options are excellent. The shuttle service to the city center is also very convenient. The only downside is that there's no table or chairs in the room."
