People in room above me sound like a heard of elephants and the amount of banging and jumping caused my light fixture dome to fall off. I attempted to contact the front desk several times and there was never anyone present. I’m lucky if I got any sleep. Room was clean and warm.

The room above either had the toilet leak, or a pipe burst, but we checked in to a puddle of urine/water all over our counter and bathroom.
Unfortunately for us, we checked in at 1230am, and departed at 5am, so there was "nothing thar could be done as they were sold out".

The room is big and clean. You can drink hot or cold drinks on the first floor. There are freshly made waffles for breakfast, which is great!
