"Was told that if the room was left dirty or messy they would hold the $200 deposit or if any towels were missing. When we got into the room there were NO TOWELS PERIOD! I went back to inform them and when they came with some toweles the man said they were out of clean wash cloths would 3 towels be ok. I told him I only needed two and when I took them I showed that one of them was completely dirty like someone wiped their arms and face off with it! Completely disgusting!"
