"This hotel was seriously great! The breakfast crew was awesome and really on top of things. The food and beverage service was excellent, especially with Sekar helping us out so much at breakfast. She was super warm and caring, definitely 5-star service from her! Her initiative in servicing us was very appreciate, since it is very hard to find this kind of gesture in other hotel in Lampung to be honest. Unfortunately we don't have much time to take a photo, but surely next time we will."
