Very good hotel with friendly staffs! The room have nice views of mountains! Highly recommend this hotel in Kathmandu.

Hotel is good for cleanliness, location and services. Some basic amenities should be more such as towels which generally good qualities hotel have multiple ones. It’s in fact a small deal which can be improved easily.

Nice and modern hotel with great selections for buffet breakfast. Spacious rooms and quite helpful staff. The room was okay and we all enjoyed our stay. Thank you for having us.

Great hotel at an amazing rate. The room is spacious and with bath tub as well. Facilities are great especially with a well-equipped gym.

This is the last hotel I stayed during my first business trip in Nepal. It is clean and service very nice, the room is well cleaned and towels and bathroom vs beds blankets all are highly standard clean . I feel comfortable here and happy . 13th floor have a nice place to have dinner . Happy to eat food of China type . Fruits are good and fresh . Top floor 15th also beautiful scenery. Very deserve to come and highly recommended. I admire the manager Shristi Manandhar, she is really an amazing manger for the hotel. We like her. Care about customer feeling and focus on improving hotel experience. Good job

Took a short trip to Kathmandu for 3 nights and stayed at Crowne Imperial. One of the best hotels in Kathmandu without a question. The staff is very professional and friendly. Rooms are clean & the view is spectacular.They have halal food & the location is an added bonus.

For the price you pay, you get similar facilities to that of 5* hotels!! Highly recommended place!!

Very bad Communication of front desk staff and the bell boy ! 👎 Discriminating nature ! Transportation service was not available! From my side i don’t want to recommend anyone to stay here👎

New Hotel with Great Roof Top View, needs to improve. Room is nice, smells new, however bed sheet is completely new , itchy , it’s like just bought and not washed , direct to the bed or been there dusty for long time. Towel is dirty white, not convenient. Water is totally disappointed, Color yellow, un-filtered and smells. Need proper filtration. Massage, all is new, bed is sounding haha , no music , no aroma for 8k local currency, 1 hour, masseuse was good. Food some are great, some are tough. View is the best for this hotel, but they open only afternoon to 10.. if you are sunrise person , this hotel is not for you. Sun set was great. Staffs are friendly, however next visit should be more thoughtful on guiding guests, where is elevator, what are facilities and hotel can offer. Breakfast was fair, price is recommendable.
