중국 식당이나 일식, 타이 등 아시아 여러국가 메뉴를 제공합니다. 사이드 디시로 나오는 감자 볶음 비슷한 음식과 땅콩 튀김도 괜찮았습니다. 전반적으로 조용하고 깨끗하고 깔끔한 레스토랑입니다. 직원도 친절하고 음식도 맛있습니다. 프라이드 칼라말리, 팟타이, 칸토네 치킨 누들이 특히 좋았습니다. 5성 호텔이라고 하나 시설은 낡은 편입니다. 그러나 워낙 관리가 잘되었고, 식기들도 깨끗해서 만족했습니다. 인도는 특급 호텔도 그릇이 지저분 할 때가 종종 있었는데. 여긴 다릅니다.

We were having tea, coffee, and some snacks at this hotel, hoping for a relaxing experience. Unfortunately, the atmosphere was disrupted by senior staff members who were talking loudly, laughing, and clearly not focused on their duties. It was unprofessional and quite disturbing. We even had to call the staff two to three times just to place our order, which reflects poorly on the level of service. For a place that should prioritize guest comfort and hospitality, this kind of inattentive and careless service was very disappointing.

When I politely inquired, I was told, “We don’t have,” without any effort to assist or offer alternatives. While the service experience was generally acceptable, I was disappointed and saddened to be approached by service staff requesting tips with comments like, "Our salary is so less, we can't afford our expenses, it would be a great help." It’s truly disheartening to hear such things in a professional setting. This raises serious concerns about staff welfare and the internal management of the establishment. Where is the leadership? What is the Department Head doing? Where is the General Manager? What is the Human Resources Director doing to ensure staff are paid fairly and treated with dignity? A good hospitality business should care not only for its guests but also for its employees. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the matter with urgency and compassion.
