The hygiene was normal, which disappointed with a 5 five star hotel, the towel were not clean. The services was great but just it gonna take for a while with the room service. F&B were great with the buffet breakfast and outdoor restaurant.

This is an old hotel that is in desperate need of a refresh.
Given the price, I would only recommend staying there should you be attending a conference on site. Outside of that, there are many newer options at half the price, and are more conveniently located.

Hotel with nice lobby. The room is clean and all the necessary amenities are provided. There are few dining options for the guests to choose.

服務員搞錯訂單內容，含餐的訂單辦完入住説不含餐，花時間解決。然後前台和餐廳兩邊訊息不拉通，前台修完正確後，餐廳不認，還要再花時間解決。
訂車去機場，遲遲不通知第二天幾點發車，找了兩次前台但直到晚上九點還是無法給出明確的次日班車出發時間。上升酒店經理才告知是第二天8點發車。服務員素質極差，服務水平極低。
酒店內設施老舊，房間無窗可以通風。

環境沒得説，地理位置也不錯，但服務很一般，住三晚第二天白天竟然沒人來打掃衞生，要催促前台才會來，且半夜送東西送錯房間不停敲我們門，嚴重影響睡眠
