We spent a great night here on our first night at Kathmandu as everything is with excellent quality. The AC/ heater, the staff is very helpful and the location is great. Thamel is the one of the famous locations and this hotel is right in the middle of it.

The service in this establishment was absolutely impeccable. From the cleaning staff to the concierge and the owner, they were all extremely inquisitive and helpful. The cleaning aunties would stop by and ask us if we needed water or tissue papers to ensure we were satisfied with our stay. While, the concierge and various other staff members helped us carry 14 suitcases from the entrance to our rooms. The owner also assisted us in booking a jeep with air conditioning to travel to our destination. As for the facilities, they were definitely up to standard. The flush in the toilet works really well, and the water temperature could be adjusted in seconds. The hotel also has extremely effective air conditioning. All facilities were exactly as the listing had mentioned. The food was also delicious and well proportioned. The momo we ordered were so big that I could barely finish them but I kept eating because the combination of their achaar and momo was so good. The buffet provided during breakfast was also good. It had a diverse range of food from bread to traditional foods like puri and matar. And they were all delicious.

Happy to stay at the hotel , quiet location and convenient to thamel street , especially front desk lady ( Ms Rashmila ) is helpful and friendly . Thanks for the services overall .

I stayed there for five days. My mom was with me. We felt like home there. Mr Dol is super nice. I highly recommend them.

We booked 2 rooms here, one with my partner and one for my parents. The rooms were very clean and basic amenities were provided. The room is on the smaller side but no complaints here. The location is also good, walking distance from Thamel but also on a quieter street. Breakfast buffet is ok, could have some healthier options.

Nice staff, clean room, perfect location

Good location, it’s in the heart of Thamel in a quiet area. Hotel is new, so all facilities are in great condition. Breakfast is quite good. Hotel bar is nice. Hotel stuff is very friendly.

Good staffs

Located in a small alley in Thamel, the room is a bit small, but the hygiene is good. The breakfast is good. You can also order food in the restaurant downstairs, the food in the restaurant is quite delicious. You can store your luggage for free.

The hotel rooms were clean, and the showers had hot water right away. The facilities were satisfactory. The hotel was also well-cleaned, so I was able to stay there with peace of mind. The vegetable tempura at breakfast was delicious, so I recommend it. The other dishes were also delicious. The front desk staff had lovely smiles and were very helpful.

The lobby and rooms are clean, tidy and comfortable, the reception staff are polite and hospitable, and there are many restaurants and shopping stores nearby. It was the Chinese New Year and the streets were decorated with red lanterns, making it feel like Chinatown.

Even though it's in the heart of Thamel, it's very quiet. The hospitality is excellent, and you can rest assured that any problems you have will be resolved quickly. The rooms are clean and stylish, and the value for money is not bad.
