It was great. The only problem was at the reception at the checkout. The young woman at the reception 10 minutes couldn't understand if the room was paid or not. It was very strange. And in restourant we waswaiting to long in the evening. The rest is perfect.

Leider war nicht bei der Buchung zu erkennen, dass die Unterkunft nicht gehbehindert ausgerichtet war. In der Remise gab es keinen Fahrstuhl , sodass wir die frühzeitig abreisen mussten. Für ältere Menschen mit Gehbehinderung ist dieses Hotel nicht geeignet. Der Speisesaal wäre auch zu eng. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Sie sagten auf Ihrer Hotelseite wird es ausdrücklich darauf hinweisen. Bitte machen sie es auch. Es ist sehr schade, dass ich meiner Mutter keinen schönen Aufenthalt geben könnte. Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,
wir möchten uns für unseren Aufenthalt in Ihrem Hotel bedanken. Besonders gut gefallen haben uns der Spabereich, die Panoramasauna, die Liegewiese sowie der Wildteich – all das war wirklich hervorragend. Auch das Restaurant und Buffet, inklusive des freundlichen Servicepersonals, waren gut bis sehr gut.
Leider gab es jedoch einen Punkt, der unseren Aufenthalt etwas beeinträchtigt hat: Die Deckenhöhe unseres Zimmers war für uns viel zu niedrig, was als bedrückend empfunden wurde. Beim Check-out wurden wir gefragt, ob alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit war. Nachdem wir unser Anliegen bezüglich des Zimmers geäußert haben, gab es jedoch keinerlei Reaktion darauf. Das hat uns etwas gewundert, da eine solche Frage ja eigentlich dazu dienen sollte, eventuelle Probleme aufzunehmen und darauf einzugehen.
Wir würden uns freuen, wenn zukünftige Gäste in einer ähnlichen Situation eine bessere Rückmeldung erhalten würden. Insgesamt hatten wir dennoch einen angenehmen Aufenthalt und danken Ihnen für Ihre Gastfreundschaft.
