Excellent stay
The room was clean and spacious. The staff were kind, attentive, and helpful. The breakfast buffet was satisfactory. The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to walk to many attractions. I highly recommend this hotel.

Çalışanların güleryüzlü olması ve iletişimi çok iyiydi, bina da çok güzel tarihi bir yapı. Otopark kesinlikle artı bir özellik. Fakat odanın yerleri lekeli ve pisti, tek gece konaklayıp çıkarken bunu geribildirim olarak belirttik. Kusura bakmayın, müdürümüze iletiriz dendi. Telafi için bir yaklaşımları olmadı.

Gürültülü rahatsız bir otel Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum güzel yanı şehir merkezinde. Gerçi kars küçük bi şehir olduğu için tüm oteller şehir merkezinde Çalışanları güler yüzlü. Kahvaltı ortalama.
