This is a well located & comfortable hotel in a lovely historic ‘Baltic’ building. The rooms were very clean and the twin room (we eventually stayed in)was bright and airy & quiet. The service levels in the hotel are best described as ‘indifferent’. The room safe was locks shut but no one seemed to know how to fix it, the breakfast selection was not constantly replenished (constantly had to request replenishment of items). When we first checked in we were allocated an small dark attic room whose ceilings were too low and not practical for someone over six foot. Eventually we were offered the bright twin room on the first floor (shown on this website as the ‘superior’ twin we thought we were booking. We were told on check in that breakfast was included but in checking out we were charged £5 a day for breakfast (which was not value for money and we would not have taken had we known it was extra to our room rate).

Geçtiğimiz hafta sonu bu otelde konakladık ve çok mutlu ayrıldık. Otel odaları son derece temiz ve modern döşenmişti. Yataklar çok rahattı çatı katını tercih ettik. Personel inanılmaz derecede nazik ve yardımcıydı; her ihtiyacımıza anında yanıt verdiler. Özellikle resepsiyon ekibi çok misafirperverdi. Kahvaltı büfesi çeşit açısından çok zengindi ve her şey taze ve lezzetliydi. Otelin konumu da oldukça merkeziydi, şehirde gezip görmek istediğimiz yerlere kolayca ulaşabildik. Ayrıca otelin sunduğu spa hizmetlerinden de faydalandık ve çok memnun kaldık. Kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum. Hem iş seyahatleri hem de tatil için mükemmel bir seçenek. The hotel is in a very central location, the rooms are clean, the room sizes are sufficient. The lobby is also a cafe and offers you the opportunity to have a pleasant and comfortable time at any time of the day. However, the biggest plus of the hotel is its staff. Especially Mr. Hakkı, Ms. Elif, Mr. Gökhan, Mr. Emir and all the other employees whose names I forget are incredibly friendly, helpful in every way and they make you feel that you are in a pleasant and quality place. I definitely recommend

I am coming to Kars for the first time, I wanted to choose corporate and I am glad I did. They made me experience the Dedeman comfort here as we experienced everywhere. The warmth, sincerity, cheerfulness and finishing of the staff were wonderful. The cleanliness and spaciousness of the rooms were very good. My first visit but it will not be the last, I will definitely prefer Qrista managed by Dedeman every time I come. Thank you for everything
