So clean room, good breakfast. I'd like to come back here again.

The hotel is centrally located, a bit up to the hill. Clean room, comfortable bed and pillows. Good breakfast. Staff members, especially the young lady at reception, are friendly, polite and professional. The reception front desk closes at 6 pm. If you checking in later, you have to contact the property well in advance. Unfortunately,I didn't, and had to make around 40 calls on 3 different numbers provided. They answered only after 50 minutes of waiting. This was really annoying, just because I was tired after the trip, hungry and desperately needed to use the toilet.( Sorry for the details). After my calls answered, I got the access code and my keys. Easy. The hotel is situated in the quiet area, unfortunately, some customers at the hotel made a big noise in the middle of the night:at 3 pm, loudly kicking in the neighbours door, trying to get in, for a very long 40 mins... I had to get out and prevent it,if they did not stop, I'll call the police. I definitely had bad luck with this stay, it's not at all the hotel's fault, just my poor experience:( .

Good hotel.

This small, cozy hotel is tucked away on a hill in the heart of downtown. The interior shows its age, but it's still reasonably clean. I stayed in a single room on the hillside. At night, a number of small ladybugs flew around the lamp or snuck into the lamp holder, but there were no biting insects. It was a pleasant experience to coexist with nature. The hotel has both a front and back entrance. The front entrance leads directly to the bustling neighborhood, while the back offers a lovely, beautiful view of the city. You can also hike up the hill directly from the back entrance, which leads to several easy, moderately steep hiking trails. The scenery up there is truly different from the city streets. If you ever visit Karlovy Vary, you'll definitely want to venture up to see the different beauty. The hotel staff were very friendly. Although the room didn't have a kettle, it was freezing cold when I arrived and I needed some hot water. After asking at the front desk, they kindly offered to wait and boiled a kettle for me. They also lent me a thermos for free to take back to my room, which I could return upon check-out.

Все очень понравилось, по цене 32 евро сутки можно сказать идеально. Жаль только каши на завтрак для больных желудком не было(геркулеса и т.д.) это сытно полезно и дешего.. Очень благодарен персоналу🇺🇦✌️🇱🇻

Small cozy hotel, with friendly staff. The hotel is very centrally located, in a quiet alley. The room is small but cozy and clean. Breakfast is good and there is what one needs. Would recommend the hotel to others

Sehr nettes Haus schöne Zimmer freundliches Personal. Ruhige Lage zentral aber in der zweiten Reihe Frühstück etwas beengt. Es gibt einen Fahrrad-Abstellraum, wir haben uns recht wohl gefühlt. Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis in Karlsbad
