Very nice hotel old style building excellent service and excellent food at the restaurant location is not in the middle of the tourist part of the city (hot springs), you will have to walk ~10min

Booked room in Quisisana, the Pupp Hotel dependance (not main building, across the street). Was ok but would prefer main building. Rest according expectations. Casino not vey big. Only one roulette table active when I was there. Table limits unclear.

Classic and grand hotel with a very nice room. The service is excellent and the breakfast is very delicious with lots of choices

Good but quite an old hotel in Karlovy Vary. There are nicer / better options in my opinion.

Simply Amazing

I came here because of the movie "The Last Holiday". The hotel is as charming as in the movie, with an elegant environment and a unique old elevator. I recommend the nearby Moser crystal factory, which has exquisite craftsmanship and is worth a visit.

The hotel is very good! It's a pity that the main building was not working, we were in Parkside but we liked everything, especially the walk through the forest

Nice hotel in the picture but we didn't expect to be accommodated opposite this beautiful hotel right across the river 😕, this old building of a small hotel also belonging to their chain (possible reserve rooms 🙂 ). We had to go back and forth across the Bridge. We were there exactly on New Year's Eve 2025.

The hotel is a time-honored brand with luxurious facilities and decoration, complete and comfortable facilities, and a large scale, which exceeded expectations; however, the attitude of some waiters was poor.

I found hair in the bathroom and reported it to reception, but the following day it was the same....

The hotel is impeccable. I just didn't know when I booked the hotel that the room was not in the main building (Picture 2). I had to cross the street to go to breakfast and sauna. I hope the room information should have reminded me that I stayed opposite the main building (Picture 1). The experience was greatly broken and I felt like I was staying in a 3-star hotel. Of course, the price is definitely different.

The town is not big, the hotel is in a good location, with a heated swimming pool, massage pool, dry and wet sauna, a full range of buffets in the morning, and elegant decoration in the restaurant. But I was not satisfied with our room, it was on a high floor but the ceiling was too low, and the view outside the window was average.

The room was arranged opposite the hotel. The environment was not good. You had to cross the bridge for breakfast. The experience was very bad.
