It's very convenient to Kariya JR Station. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast is very nice.

A reliable business hotel, which we have used in other parts of Japan. For those not driving, location is near train station.

Too few twin rooms available for booking. At a price of some 2000 yen more as compared to double room, the size of twin room is much bigger. Some 20 sq metres while double room size is some 15 sq metres. Seem that every floor has only one twin room. Quite good value for money choice of hotel in the region.

Small is room as well as japanese room but is very clean

Check-in and check-out were smooth, and I was happy with the welcome coffee and other services. The cleanliness of the room, the service, the location, and the facilities were all good. There's nothing particularly good about any of them, but I feel like they're just one step away from being very good. If I were to be greedy, I wish I could watch YouTube or Hulu on the TV.

I made a special request when I made the reservation, but it seems that it was not sent to the hotel. (What is the purpose of the request?) I made a special request to reserve a parking space, but they said that reservations can only be made by phone. (Did I remember somewhere that reservations can only be made by phone?) Unfortunately, I was unable to use the nearby municipal parking lot.

I don't know how long it has been open, but the facility is very clean. The breakfast and drink bar are not bad either. I don't think there is any waste.

The breakfast buffet was amazing, both in terms of variety and taste. I ate a lot in the morning and was able to work energetically.

A very nice hotel with a clean location and a large parking lot nearby, which is convenient and affordable. The room comes with free breakfast, which is also very rich. I have stayed at Comfort Hotel many times and I am very satisfied with it and the price-performance ratio is good.
