Wir waren 2024 über Weihnachten im Hotel und es war sehr schön, mal ohne den vorweihnachtlichen Stress Weihnachten zu verbringen und dazu noch gut zu Abend zu essen 😋. Außerdem hatten wir Schnee und tolle Skigebiete um uns herum. An Weihnachten gab es sogar ein Geschenk 🎁 vom Hotel und selbstgebackene Plätzchen. Die waren echt lecker 😋. Eins habe ich zu Weihnachten aber doch vermisst: das obligatorische Familienfoto vor dem Tannenbaum 😉. Könnte man vom Hotel vielleicht als Aktion zum Abendessen anbieten 😉.
Die Zimmer waren großzügig und die Lage des Hotels sehr schön ruhig. Die Umgebung lädt nach dem Skifahren noch zu einem Spaziergang im Schnee ein. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend, nett und total aufmerksam.
Schade war, dass Massagen nur im Schwesterhotel „Alpenhaus Kaprun“ 800 m entfernt angeboten werden. Das ist sehr schade und sollte unbedingt geändert werden. Uns hat das, vor allem im eigenen Hotel, gefehlt.
Ansonsten gab es unsererseits nichts zu bemängeln. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Ingen internet på underetagen
Vi boede på nederste etage. Der var ingen wifi dækning og man kunne heller ikke trække mobildata. På fjernsynet var der kun streamingtjenester, men i og med, at internettet var SÅ dårligt kunne vi heller ikke se fjernsyn. Det var lidt ærgerligt, når der 2 aftener i streg tordnede, lynede og regnede, så man ikke kunne foretage sig andet end at sidde på værelset.

We stayed at this hotel for a weekend in summer. Fast check-in, friendly staff, Sommerkarte (enables free entrance for various activities in the area) was included and given to us upon arrival. The room was modern and nicely done, we had a small one with a balcony but since we only traveled as a couple, it was large enough. No noise from the public areas or other rooms, which is a plus. Small pool on the roof and a larger one in the in-door wellness area, which also includes couple variants of sauna. The pool and the wellness is of very solid quality, albeit rather small. The restaurant for breakfasts and dinners is impressive. Nice interior, very good selection of food and the quality and taste was really high in most cases. Some drinks are paid separately and not included in the price, such as cocktails. Overall, this accomodation can be recommended and has a very high standard comparable to more expensive hotels.

Sehr freundliches Personal! Der Service war top - der Wellnessbereich sowie der Poolbereich auf dem Dach sehr gepflegt - Essen war immer sehr abwechslungsreich mit Themenabenden.
