Der Empfang war schon sehr herzlich. In diesen Hotel ist alles perfekt.Das Personal sehr freundlich und fleißig. Viel Spaß hatten wir mit den sympatischen Roland . Frühstück sehr lecker und vielfältig. Abendessen sehr lecker und perfekt angerichtet. Verschiedene Salate und kleine Schälchen mit leckeren Köstlichkeiten. Zimmer waren sehr modern. Wir hatten das Zimmer 323, mit schönen Blick auf den Kitzsteinhorn. Unsere Freunde waren genau so zufrieden mit Zimmer und Hotel. Jedes Badezimmer hat eine Heizung. Ich schreibe das ,auf die Rezesion von pkkoellner März 2025 !!! Unter den Waschbecken ist die Heizung !!! Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral. Mit der Sommerkarte konnten wir viele Angebote kostenlos nutzen. Das fanden wir genial. Wir würden das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen. Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt.

Ich fand das Hotel echt gut . Die Lage mitten im Ort .. hatte leider ein Zimmer zur Straße .. es war sauber aber ich muss für den hohen Einstieg durch eine Badewanne zum Duschen eine Note abziehen , das gehört renoviert .. die zweite Note muss ich leider forschen letzten Abend abziehen … der Kellner eine Katastrophe!! Bring mir ein Getränk nach 1 Minute fragt er mich ob ich noch was trinken will .. Ich war mitten unterm Essen !! Wenn nicht bringt er die Rechnung .. geht’s noch das war unverschämt.. Rest der Personal sehr nett gerade bei der Ankunft die Dame am Empfang sehr sehr nett . Parken mit 12 Euro ist zu teuer .. Wellness ist gut ein Schild wo die textilfreie Sauna ist wäre hilfreich .. Essen modern interpretiert aber sehr gut

Ein unglaublich schönes Hotel mit bester Lage,nur 300 Meter von der Maiskogelbahn entfernt! Wunderschönes Ambiente,sehr gutes abwechslungsreiches Frühstücksbuffet! Abendessen außergewöhnlich gut mit perfektem Service! Vom Empfang weg bis zur Abreise alles bestens, Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und gut gelaunt!Zimmer neu und sehr sauber, Wellnessbereich mit Hallenbad sehr sauber und wunderschön! Wir kommen bald wieder! Danke für das außergewöhnliche Wochenende!

We stayed at the apartments opposite the hotel but ate dinner in the hotel, every night. Such a wonderful restaurant - a real experience. The salad and dessert buffet was incredible and the other meals were fantastic and really unusual. Wonderful staff who remembered our drinks order every night. Superb!

Die Lage ist perfekt, nur 300 m zur Maiskogelbahn. Das ist aber auch das Einzige. Wir wurden nicht besonders nett empfangen. Die Zimmer sind soweit in Ordnung, obwohl die Bettlaken schmutzig waren und sehr faltig überzogen. Der Boden im Badezimmer, d.h. auch in der Dusche, war sehr kalt, keine Heizung. Für die Bademäntel, die bereits sehr abgenutzt waren, musste man eine Kaution von 50,-- € hinterlegen, an der Rezeption abholen und bei Abreise dort wieder abgeben. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist in Ordnung. Das Abendessen besteht aus einem Salatbuffet, nicht sehr einfallsreich, oder Suppe als Vorspeise. Bei der Hauptspeise kann man aus 3-4 auswählen. Für die Nachspeise (auch wenig Auswahl) musste man sich wieder selbst bedienen. Die Auswahl war sehr beschränkt. Der Raum, in dem die Speisen zu holen sind, ist viel zu klein. Bis auf drei Personen war das Personal durchwegs unfreundlich. Alles in allem auf keinen Fall 4-Sterne.
