We enjoyed our two day stay here. The staffs were very friendly, supportive & attentive. We specially loved the breakfast options & Raishab ji attend to every request & questions with patience. Such a joy. Thank you all

This is one of the best hotels we have stayed at. The location is beautiful and serene. It was such a relaxing vacation for our family. I specially loved the food and the restaurant staff. I would like to mention Abhinash from the restaurant staff who really took care of our family and gave extra special attention. He also gave us tips on where to visits in the area. Also want to mention Santosh who had a very pleasing personality always greeting and smiling.

Nice & large property . First thing u notice infinity pool temp controlled. Rooms r nice well neat&. Clean . Bed linen with no stains . Cart was there to carry from one place to another with in hotel premises. But when hotel is packed takes lot of time t. They r running short of staff. . Pool staff is ver attentive there was MANU mam giving her 100 %. Buffe b.fast was good spread like other hotels nothing too special. Timming r very gud for b.fast 6.30 to 11 . Kids room was there but totally mess care taker was intern. Nothing knows . Play station was there only one remote working . . There was no Color’s for kids they all r broken . When i ask he doesn’t know any thing .billiards room was under renovation for the last two months . Guest must enjoy high tea that’s complimentary to us . Too gud with snacks But there was a person in front office running cart also was intern .The young guy . Was very arrogant he is behaving like doing with attitude .guest who r spending almost 20k don’t want to see this . Remove those interns . Mr.Andle in restaurant taking proper care of guest . He makes special Himachali style meat . Taste at its best .

Rooms are good especially the new block with wooden cottages offering great views. Breakfast buffet was great experience however it gets bit crowded. Overall a good property to visit especially in rainy days.
