"We spent four days at Welcome Heritage Natraj with our family, and the overall experience turned out to be genuinely memorable. The property is very well located—right in the middle of the main market—so stepping out for shopping or exploring the area was effortless. Despite being so central, the hotel maintains a calm and pleasant atmosphere. The views from the property add a nice touch, especially in the mornings and evenings. The rooms were neat, properly maintained, and comfortable for a family stay. Cleanliness was consistent throughout. Food was a highlight for us. Every meal felt fresh and well-prepared, and the quality remained consistent during our entire stay. What stood out the most, though, was the service. The staff was attentive, quick to respond, and handled everything smoothly without needing reminders. It made the stay feel easy and well-managed. We also arranged local sightseeing through the hotel, and that experience was equally smooth. The driver was courteous and professional, and the itinerary was thoughtfully planned. Having parking available at such a central location is definitely a big advantage. Overall, the hotel delivers a well-rounded experience—comfort, convenience, and dependable service. It’s a place I would confidently return to on my next trip to McLeodganj."

I noticed that some of the dormitory rooms appear a little older compared to the private rooms, but overall the place has a warm and relaxed atmosphere. The property provides food for guests, and there is also the nearby Utopia Café where you can enjoy additional meal options. The location is in Upper Dharamkot, so it is a bit more secluded compared to the main town. However, this is exactly what makes it special. It is quiet, peaceful, and perfect for anyone looking to escape the noise, traffic, and crowds. If you’re seeking a place to rest, reflect, or simply enjoy nature, this location is ideal. The property can be reached by tuk-tuk, making transportation convenient despite the hillside location. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay. The beautiful views, peaceful environment, comfortable private room, and Raj’s hospitality made this a memorable experience. I would happily stay here again."

"The check-in was fast and informative, he confirmed the cab booking to the airport and the price for us by calling to our room, which is very fast too. The bellboy helped us with the luggages and explained the use of hot water, TV and air-conditioning with heater. The room is comfortable and the night views from the balcony was the best. Chairs are provided at the balcony. The room have mini fridge and water boiler, room slippers, clean towels. The bed sheet look worn out but they are clean. The restaurant food are great, we ordered Kadhai Chicken and Gobhi Adraki and we can't help having more serving of Tawa roti to eat with. The mountain view at the restaurant balcony is breathtaking. As our flight was 8.50am, we don't have time for our breakfast, the staff was so wonderful to prepare sandwiches and juices to go. Thank you very much, we had a wonderful stay."
