第一次在川西感受了這樣的服務和環境，真的超級棒，一打開窗簾，睡着就能看到眼前的風景，老闆很熱情，一下車就幫拿行李，木屋設施設備都很棒 來的時候提前已經給我們把房間的暖氣和電熱毯打開了，超級暖和，早餐豐盛到極點，酥油茶超級好喝，還有現煮的麪條和酸辣粉，還有老闆娘做的油條，我們連吃帶拿的，在這裏入住一晚，真真切切的感受到了藏民族的善良，感謝老闆老闆娘一家的熱情款待，

老闆和老闆娘都很熱情，我們國慶出遊天空不作美，天天都下雨，本來我們定的是星空帳篷，因為天氣原因老闆給我們免費升級了特色小木屋，環境超級好，還有智能馬桶，取暖器和電熱毯，就是旺季政府限電有點煩，淡季去真的超級超級棒，強烈推薦，而且他家還有正宗藏餐都有打折，味道很不錯，推薦烤排骨和冰片牛肉都很有特色，還有青稞酒和酥油茶是不容錯過的～

這家名宿提供的服務我很不滿意。房間的水不熱，温的，一點都不熱，高原地區我不敢洗澡。第二天遇到一個住客，他住三樓，也説沒洗澡，熱水打不上去，根本就沒有熱水。早餐也很簡單，一點粥和饅頭之類的，就是老闆自己的早餐把數量增加而已，這哪裡像評分達到四星的酒店，分明就是一家服務很差的招待所

房間面積還是挺不錯的，就是衞生有待加強，設施也有些老舊，房間裏有蜘蛛網，盥洗盆也漏水，手機放在旁邊直接泡水。馬桶坐下也有點聲響和晃動。主要是這間房九百多，希望老闆收拾的時候能細心一點，洗臉盆旁都還有上個客人用完的牙膏。

A very satisfactory experience. The owner and his family are lovely and friendly. The service is full marks. However, it was just opened at the time and there were a little few staff. The bath was a bit cold. Everything else was very satisfactory.
