入住體驗太棒了。酒店設施，房間配套都非常新，老闆和工作人員非常熱情，提供了很多有用的旅行訊息。玩了一天泡泡温泉不要太舒服。

3麪觀景，新都橋自駕必住，累了可以泡温泉，管家們服務很好，好幾個人出來迎接入住，儀式感滿滿。還送了伴手禮和哈達。房間衞生乾淨整潔。

超級nice！到的當天已經完全天黑還下着大雨，四個工作人員出來幫我們打傘拿行李，温泉在頂樓是露天的，小朋友很喜歡，都説這家酒店是這次川西行最難忘的一家酒店

服務很熱情 開車自駕游來的.還沒到店裡就看見工作人員來接待 負責拿行李 辦入住.看了房間想住有陽台的 也很熱情的給我們換.早餐非常營養 .店內人員態度很好服務很熱情 ❤️還送了水果和小禮物

晚上到的，當晚的前台態度不太友好，第二天出門我親眼看到送別的房間行李到車上，我們在前台喝完咖啡才走，最少15分鐘也沒見來幫忙拉行李，這家店剛開業就這麼低的分應該是跟工作人員有很大關係

酒店的位置絕佳，位於新都橋鎮，周圍環繞着壯麗的自然風光，讓我彷彿置身於仙境之中。從酒店的窗户望出去，可以看到遠處的脈山和秋景，景色美不勝收。
酒店的房間非常舒適和乾淨，裝修風格也很有特色。床鋪柔軟舒適，讓我一夜好眠。房間內的設施一應俱全，有瀰漫式供氧，感到對剛進高海拔的特別友好。我們那天到酒店已晚了，詢問酒店是否有晚餐，經理立刻與廚師溝通，給我們做完晚餐再下班，特別讓我感動。
酒店位置還是有點難找，尤其是晚上，導航到附近轉了十來分鐘了才看到一條小路進去，建議多弄些指示牌方便客人；酒店硬件真不錯，但需要提升的地方挺多的，服務響應速度、早餐再豐富點等等。總之需要加緊改進……

酒店位於半山腰 可以欣賞貢嘎雪山的美景 工作人員很喜歡狗狗 對寵物非常友好 酒店環境很幽靜 給人很放鬆的感覺 因此又續住了一天 比較推薦 很適合度假哦～
